Top Posts of 2019 | Fitness, Travel & Decor

Hello friends!  Are you recovering from the new year’s festivities?! We now have all of our Christmas decor boxed up and put away and I can’t wait to show you how organized I got it this time!  I know I’m in a special category of people who absolutely delight in all things organizing!  I have a few more organization projects in progress too.

But today, it’s all about fitness, travel and decor!  I rounded up the top posts in each category and you can click the title to read each one.

FITNESS

One of my proudest accomplishments of 2019 was publishing a fitness e-book Get Fit Done Guide  with Cari Shoemate.  She is a dear friend, amazing personal trainer and fitness expert and I loved teaming up with her on this project.  With all the changes this past year, I found it hard to get to the gym, so having a workout plan I could do at home was a lifesaver.

All of the exercises included in the GFD Guide are things I personally do and I demonstrate every move in the e-book.  I still use the meal plans too.

I’m so thrilled with the amount of practical information we packed into this fitness and lifestyle guide and hope it helps you reach your own fitness goals!  The GFD Guide is regularly $79, but for the New Year, we’re offering it for just $31. You can purchase it here.

Behind the Scenes – Ebook Photo Shoot

  1. Happy New Year to you and all of your loved ones. I hope 2020 will be full of new and exciticing project and at the same time you will find your balance and peace of mind. I wish you the best and do what you do and just be happy.

My daughter also will be 4 in 2020 and we are planning our trip to Disneyland in May with our nephews (so it will be a bigger group ;)) We have 2-days tickets, so I hope it will be enough, but we just need to take 45 minute ride by metro as we live in Paris.

  2. Happy New Year to you too!

I’m trying to get my butt in gear and back into the gym after getting the flu and having oral surgery. So a few years ago you recommended the Zella Active thongs and I loved them, but Nordstrom stopped making them! Do you have any new recs for workout undies?
