Good morning! My emotions are running high this morning because we are traveling to California to visit Grandma Nola today. I’m so excited to see her and for her to meet Jordan for the first time. I think Grandma will see a mini Megan in Jordan and that the 91 and 2 year old will really hit it off. I just started bawling typing this, but it’s just because there’s so much love there. Grandma Nola has been such an influential person in my life and I’m so grateful for her. I’m going to try very hard to stay in the present moment while we’re there and soak it all in.View Post
Hi friends! We’ve made it to Week #3 of our Fitness Challenge! We are almost halfway to our 30-day goal and I have a delicious, protein brownies recipe to share with you! I have to admit that I really struggled last week. I was swamped with life and work commitments and a ton of rain made my favorite go-to exercise (running/walking outside) impossible. I still managed to get in a lot of exercise, but I didn’t do my challenging group classes, which always makes me feel so alive, strong, and energized when I go.

Hi friends! How was your weekend? I spent the last 3 days in the beautiful town of Denver, Colorado celebrating my best girlfriend’s 50th birthday. We had a great time being together and exploring the city. The weather could not have been more perfect, especially when you’re used to the blazing heat and humidity of Houston, Texas! I’m so pumped about today! We’re launching a 30-day fitness challenge designed to help us lose weight and get toned up for the summer! I’ve actually wanted to do something like this for years, so I’m thrilled it’s finally happening.
