Our Fall Decor

Hi friend! I hope you’re having a great week! We’re back to very early mornings with my son’s before-school football practice. I have to say I’m impressed that he never complains and I don’t have to nudge him to wake up. Hopefully, our temps cool down soon so they can practice after school, but I’m not holding my breath.

Even though it’s still Summer outside, I’m having fun bringing Fall inside! I pulled out my Fall decor bin, bought two new wreaths, and started rearranging some things. This is our second Fall in our new house and I’m loving how things are coming along.

Our Fall Decor

I found this wreath at Amazon and it’s a traditional mix of Fall colors that pops agains the Comfort Grey by Sherwin Williams painted front door. I’m still looking for a new doormat that’s more Autumn inspired, but for now the Hello and checkered mat is fine.

When it cools down, I’ll add a mix of real pumpkins too- I like to get several colors and different sizes and shapes for added visual interest.

I’m so happy with the Homegoods travertine console table. It’s petite, so perfect for a small space. The width is only about 12 inches, so just enough room for a vase (branches from Michael’s), a few books and a catchall dish.

The art is from Amazon and I like how it works for both Spring and Autumn.

I looked high and low for a pretty wooden planter and found this plant stand at Magnolia Home. The one here in our foyer is the small and in the dining room, we have the medium holding a big fern.

The rug is from Walmart and I really like the neutral and simple pattern.

In the half bath downstairs, I added a vase with faux florals and the amber soap jars already look moody and Fall-like. The art was in the foyer, but it’s playing musical walls.

I’m crazy for this wreath I found at Michael’s with its mix of warm and cool tones. I think it looks perfect on the wooden range hood.

The runner rug is new from Amazon. It’s super soft underfoot and inexpensive if you like to switch out your rugs with the seasons.

Living Room Fall Decor

Coffee Table

The living room is my favorite right now, so cozy and inviting! The “art” on my TV is just from YouTube since I don’t have a frame TV. You can search up any scene and have fun mixing it up for the season or occasion.

I recently ordered this rug from Pottery Barn, but it’s on backorder, so I don’t know if it’ll arrive soon or I’ll end up canceling it.

It’s easy to create a Fall vignette with a bowl and filler, textured pumpkins and amber candles.

As much as I like real flowers and plants, faux flowers and branches look exceptionally good in the Fall because dried branches are so lifelike and the pampas grass lends a soft element.

We added this little reading nook to the living room and it’s my daughter’s favorite place to sit. The little fox candle holder is from Bath & Body Works.

I’m in love with this black lamp with brown woven shade. It’s from Magnolia and provides a soft light in the evening or when I’m reading in the morning.

I’m glad I chose black for the console table to contrast against the light walls, flooring and furniture. It provides an additional space to decorate and will be very fun to add decor to for the holidays.

This Fall decor is giving me so many cozy vibes inside and making me want to curl up with a good book and read. I love lighting the candles at night and just relaxing and unwinding. Are you ready for Fall decor or still squeezing every last bit out of Summer?!
