Target Transition to Spring Styles:)
Hi friend! Welcome to a fresh, new week! I hope you had a great weekend! Here in Houston, our weather went from literally freezing to warm and sunny all weekend. It was such a breath of fresh air!
We spent Saturday afternoon at a patio restaurant where Abbi and Elliott ate crawfish and then Elliott did all the outdoor chores, cleaning the pool and freshening up the landscape. I’ve been studying for my health coach exam (only 2 chapters to go!), working on the inside of the house, and getting ready for this new week.
We have a 4-day school week and no school Monday, so lots to get done before then!
New Spring Styles
With our warm air ushered in, I’m excited to share some really cute new Spring styles from Target!
Size Reference: I’m petite, about 5’1, currently weighing about 105 lbs. My true size is XSP, 25P or 0S in jeans and XS in tops/dresses.

Can we talk about how cute these floral jeans are?! They have a high waist and straight leg with a neutral background and pretty pink flowers. Lots of ways to style these!
I started with a long sleeve top that I found at Walmart for $16. I love the layered look, but it’s deceiving because it’s not actually two tops, just one with the white part peeking out the neck, sleeves, and waist.

And for sunshiny days, I really like this banana yellow sleeveless tank. It’s a ribbed knit that buttons up the front.

The top also looks so cute with these floral pants that I scored on Amazon! They have textured embroidered flowers on them and also come in red floral if you prefer that color.

The pants are a barrel style that I’m not usually crazy about, but I like them here.Â

Never mind that I’m in desperate need of a tan, but Target has these super cute striped shorts with a high rise and available in a wide range of sizes : 00-30 (4x).

The cardigan sweater is super cute and perfect for transitioning to spring weather with the crochet detail.
I couldn’t resist this canvas bag with the playful cherries. Also, such a great sentiment: Every day is a fresh start:).
Very practical as a book bag or when you need a midsize tote. It also comes in a fun orange print, yellow stripe, or botanicals.

I picked up two pair of flat sandals, both perfect neutrals for our warmer weather. I think the florals are my favorite and they’re very comfortable! Both fit TTS.

I was curious about these mid rise jeans at Target since I usually prefer a high waist. These were actually very comfortable on and come in three washes and are on sale for only $21!
They come in regular, short and long lengths.

Next, I cuffed the jeans and paired it with a lightweight white peplum blouse. The blouse has pretty crochet detail, petite buttons, and ties at the waist.

How fun is this denim shirt dress?! It fits great and snaps up the front with a collar and detailed seeming. We’re heading to a country bar to celebrate a friend’s birthday soon, so this is a great option.

Perfect for Spring!
Here’s a better look look at the Tom’s sneakers I’ve been wearing on repeat. I love how the laces stay put, and they simply slip onto your feet easily. Very cute and comfy!
I also tried two pair of shorts pajamas. The blue on this first pair is so pretty. It’s a soft stretchy ribbed knit with a short short and cardigan style top.
