Amazon Fashion Faves

Hi friend! Yay for Friday and the weekend! We’ll be celebrating Ali-Shaun and Kelly’s birthdays tonight with a fajita truck, margaritas and lots of friends. Should be such a fun time.

We’re also looking at our track championships and Jordan’s baseball game. She also just signed up for touch football (7 x 7) in the summer! I can’t wait to watch that!

I’ve been so energized with taking time to write more posts that I’m passionate about. I created a new Simple Living tab if you want to check it out. New This Week

This week I shared how to get started with decluttering and walked you though my thought process of decluttering a drawer in my bathroom. I’ll be sharing my minimal-ish makeup collection soon. I also loved talking routines and 10 of mine that help my day run smoother.

In the beauty category, I shared how I style my short hair with the Dyson Airwrap. Walmart’s also looking pretty cute these days:)

For Size Reference: I’m a shorty (5’1) and petite, weighing about 110.  I typically wear size 0P/25 jeans, XS or XSP in tops and dresses.  Lots of times the smallest size on Amazon is a Small, so in that case, that’s what I ordered.

I found the cutest pull on shorts and they’re in such a fun color. They are really lightweight and comfy, but not super thick. If you wear dark undies, they can show.

The top you may have seen in a previous Amazon post. It’s really fun with the aqua/pink colorblock and nice and soft. It looks great with jeans and white jeans too.

I wanted to show you a better look at the shorts and how you can style them for summer with this white tank. I’m obsessed with this brand because they’re tops are uber soft with perfect silky stretch and fully lined. I have the bodysuit and short sleeve tops too.

I’m already wearing these jean shorts on repeat. They’re just so comfy because they’re really soft and stretchy. I’m also wearing the palm tree tank while I write this post and planning to take it to San Diego when me and James go. I will mention it’s pretty long – perfect if you’re on the tall side. I may cut it.

I’ve seen lots of people raving about this top and I thought it was so cute too, but I’m not loving it in person. It’s not very luxe feeling, more like a poly blend. It’s not terrible, but I was expecting better.

A big YES for me is these faux leather shorts. I like that they’re paper bag waist style, so they fit high on your waist and are looser on the leg. They’re a great alternative to a dress or jumpsuit for a night out.

I paired the shorts with this ribbed knit tank. The tank is well made and pretty fitted so you may want to size up.

I wanted to share this white tank for my taller friends. It’s really soft and stretchy with a shirttail hem, but since it’s pleated at the top, it’s not really meant to be tucked. On me, it’s way too long, unless I was going to pair it with leggings. The crochet at the chest gives it a feminine vibe.

I’m so glad I got these white jeans. They have a high waist with a straight leg and I just cut the hem so they’d be shorter and show some ankle.

The pink top really pops. It’s a soft sweater knit with such cute stitch detail at the neck and sleeves. And don’t forget the skinny belt – so chic! I have it in both black and brown.

I’m still loving these wide leg crop jeans too. Very comfy and they look so good with this vibrant pink top. The top has a ballet neck and smocked 3/4 length sleeves.

I like this green tank too, but why do my boobs look ginormous in it?! The color is gorgeous in person and the white contrast is a sporty touch.

These pants feel way more luxe than their price. If you need a comfy, professional pair of pants, I really like how these look and feel. I’m wearing an XS, but had to pin the back.

This boho style dress has the most gorgeous crochet detail. It’s very well done and in a beautiful flower design.

If you’re looking for something on the conservative side, this gingham shirt dress may be for you. It’s perfectly easy to wear and so lovely in pink, but comes in more colors.

I’d been eyeing this dress for weeks, it’s so playful and fun with all the vibrant patterns and colors. You have hearts, sunshine, flowers and birds. It’s not lined, but also only around $20.

This dress is giving me Ali-Shaun vibes. I even texted it to her because I knew she’d love it. It’s soft and flowy and the print looks like something designer, reminding me of Tory Burch.

Oh man, such a sassy dress with the halter style and open back. I think it’s better suited for my less chesty friends because it’s hard to wear even a backless bra with. I should have tried it with those nip covers. The dress is fully lined and feels good on.

This little black sundress is like a Free People style with it’s loose fit and wider body. It zips on the side and has adjustable tie shoulders. I would have preferred a size down.

The gorgeous aqua and blue colors in this maxi dress are reminding me of the sea. The dress has a long skirt and smocked top with a halter tie at the neck. Unlike the pink gingham dress, you can wear a strapless bra with it.

This blue and pink stripe dress is lively! It’s bold with that color combo and how the stripes are on the wider side. It’s got one shoulder that ties and is very easy to wear.

If you like a romper, but feel they are often too short, this is a good option. It’s still sassy and fun, but the shorts are on the longer side. It’s also one shoulder with a double strappy side. It comes with the coordinating tie belt, but you can replace that with one of your own. It also has pockets.

Amazon Activewear

I found two activewear skirts that both have built-in bike shorts. One was a hit and one was a miss for me.

Let’s start with the miss. This skirt is well made and cute, so sporty with the white stripes, but oh my gosh, the XS was sooo tight on me I could barely take these pics! It’s also a mid-rise and I’m so much more comfortable in a high waist. If you like this style, just size up.

This diamond patterned skirt felt so much better! The material is soft and stretchy and I like where it hit on the waist. The white bike shorts underneath are also comfy.
