I got this coastal landscape artwork for over my bed, but it was too large here – nearly hitting the ceiling, so I moved it to the adjacent wall. I’m loving the soothing mix of colors in the and how perfectly it goes with every season.

Sweater

This sweater will be on repeat all Fall and Winter. I adore the notch collar, deep v and double buttons. This is the kind of sweater you’ll want to wear all Fall and it’s even cozy enough to wear with leggings.

Coat

I’m so happy to see this JCrew coat available at JCrew Factory and on SALE! It’s my favorite dressy coat and I always felt so chic (and warm) every time I wear it. I’m wearing size 0P.

Kiehl’s Face Mask

Sunday evenings is usually when I like to apply a skincare mask to my face. After a week of workouts and everyday life, it feels amazing to apply a mask and let it do it’s thing.

This mask is the Kiehl’s Rare Earth Deep Pore Minimizing Clay Mask. It’s a purifying clay mask made with Amazonian White Clay that minimizes the appearance of pores and blackheads.

You apply it to your damp skin and let it dry for about 10 minutes. You’ll feel it tighten and dry, then wipe off the mask with a warm wet towel. I love how my skin looks and feels after doing this mask!

What I’m Enjoying This Month

Blue Zones on Netflix – I watched this documentary with my friend Trisa about the areas of the world where people live the longest. We both found it fascinating and she’s excited that Fort Worth is being made into a Blue Zone now!

Making Fall bucket list – pondering all the things I love about Fall, I started making a mini bucket list that I plan to share with you soon!

Family dinner with kids setting & clearing the table – oh this is a joy! It’s actually made mealtime more enjoyable and something I look forward to during the week.

Waking up early & going to bed early – because it’s so hot out, my son has 6am football practice at school. We have to wake up by 5:30 to make it on time. It was so hard at first, but I find myself enjoying being up earlier and getting such a head start on the day. And then I’m tired at night, so I don’t have trouble falling asleep.
