Hi friend! I hope you had a great weekend! Houston finally ushered in the BEST weather and we soaked it in all weekend! We spent lots of time outside and looks like our good fortune continues this week with temps from 60s to 80s. Yay for that!!

So guess who’s duking it out in the world of big, giant sales?! It’s Amazon vs. Walmart and the winners are ME & YOU!
Both retailers are featuring HUGE sales this week, but Walmart’s Holiday Deals starts TODAY and goes through October 12!
Amazon’s Prime Days are live Tuesday & Wednesday.
In this post, I’m sharing my top Walmart Deals AND a new October Loves Giveaway, full of top rated Amazon goodies – a treasure trove worth over $500!

Amazon Giveaway Over $500 Value
Revlon Curling Wand • This is a 1-inch curling iron with a long barrel and infused with coconut oil. It has 10 temperature settings and automatic shutoff. A 1-inch curling iron is what I like to curl my short hair with.
Kitsch Heatless Curling Set • If you want the look of curls without the heat, these satin curling rods do the trick. You roll your hair around the rod and then affix with the accompanying scrunchies.
Living Proof Dry Shampoo & Living Proof Advanced Clean Dry Shampoo • We probably all know and love the Living Proof brand. After having tried so many different brands, this is what I return to again and again.
Living Proof Triple Bond Complex • I use this leave-in hair treatment mask a few times a month and feel like it helps keep my hair in good condition. I like it because I can just comb it through my clean, wet hair and then style as usual.
Homedics Sound Machine • My daughter likes sleeping with this sound machine. It will give you white noice or 6 soothing nature sounds. It’s lightweight and portable, with an auto timer.
Snail Essence • I was chatting with my friend Tarah’s mom and mentioned that her skin looked incredible. She said she uses this snail essence. Once she said that, I remembered hearing about it. She said it’s a major game changer for wrinkles, so I gifted it to my mom for her birthday.
“Frownies” Facial Wrinkle Patches • I’m excited to try these since I have get those deep 11 lines right between my brows. You wear them while you sleep and they are supposed to plump and tighten your facial muscles while also encouraging collagen creation and repair.
Makeup Eraser • The makeup eraser is a genius cloth that literally wipes your makeup clean off your face with just water. It’s reusable and machine washable.
Sulwhasoo Gentle Cleanser • This cleanser from Korea is one I haven’t heard of. It’s a gentle gel cleansing foam with nutrient rich botanicals to remove dirt and makeup while providing hydration.
Laneige Lip Mask • An oldie but goodie!
NYX Lip Gloss • I use and really like these lip glosses. They give your lips a perfect bit of shine and color.
Mario Bedescu Lip Mask • I really like the Mario Bedescu lip balms in the tube, so I was happy to see this tub of lip mask.
Covergirl Lip Gloss • My daughter almost confiscated this lip gloss when she saw it. I told her no, it’s going in my giveaway!
Pet Hair Roller • Oh yes! I love this little pet hair roller! It’s for my black cat though, not my dog. You just roll the roller on your furniture or wherever there’s pet hair and it picks it up like magic. Then you just pop open the hair trap, clean it out and reuse!
Sunglasses • called “Brown/Brown” Although they pair I have is actually a gorgeous clear pale pinkish tint.
Framar Hair Clips • I have clips just like these from another brand that are so good at keeping your hair sectioned off when drying or curling. They work really well and this set comes in a pack of 10.
Mighty Patch • These patches work so well! You just put one on your pimple at bed and wake up with it gone or at least severely reduced!

Tree Hut Shave Oil • And they also make a shave oil! It’s designed for people with issues with razor burn, ingrown hairs or irritation.
Innisfree Clay Mask • I love to use a clay mask on Sunday nights to wipe away the week and start fresh for the new week. I haven’t tried this one, but it’s got good reviews.
Avene Face Moisturizer • This nourishing facial creme replenishes lips while preventing moisture loss to restore the skin’s healthy balance.

What I’m Enjoying This Month
Running – I’m training for my 2nd (technically 3rd) half marathon. I decided rather late in the game to run this race, so I only have about 6 weeks to prepare. I don’t necessarily love running, but I love training for something hard and challenging myself in a physical and mental way. And this year, I LOVE that my little brother is doing this race with me.
Yellowstone – I know, I know, where have I been?! Well, I finally started watching Yellowstone with Elliott and it really is good! We just started season 2 (well, he’s seen it before, but watching it again with me).
Football – No one has ever accused me of being a sports lover, but I love watching my kids play and if I know something about the players, I’m more interested in watching. I’m so proud of my son’s team and since watching Quarterback on Netflix with my son, it’s gotten me way more interested in the game.
Cooler Weather – enough said!
With both of these big sales this week, I have a feeling my holiday shopping will be a breeze!
Now let’s go kick Monday’s booty!
