Thanks so much for posting this. Will you be doing this meal plan? Also, I was wondering if you take pre workout? After my espresso obsession I have found that N.O xplode go to, no longer works. Any suggestions?
Hi Rebecca! My trainer will be giving me a meal plan soon and I'll post it, but I bet it will be similar to this one. I don't take anything pre-workout, but I do add my BCAA liquid to my water while I workout and I take one small scoop of Glutamine immediately after my workout (mix the powder in 6-8oz of water).
Does this mean you don't eat anything pre-workout or you don't take any supplements pre-workout? I workout early in the morning and find that if I eat something beforehand, I get nauseated. However, if I don't eat anything, I feel like I can't push through or lift my best. Any suggestions? Thanks. You are so inspiring.
I definitely eat a meal at least 30 minutes before working out or I don't have the fuel to get through it. I wonder if your nausea has to do with the timing of your meal- maybe it's too close to your workout?? Thanks so much for reading!
