Please tell me it’s not too early to post a Valentine’s Day craft project. Paper straws, a heart-shaped craft punch, and patterned washi tape makes me a happy girl. It…
I was browsing around for new pillow covers recently and happened upon the etsy shop Milk & Cookies. I immediately fell in love with Misty’s work because she has pillows…
Who’s ready to start this Monday morning off with a GIVEAWAY?!? It’s about that time to start thinking about your holiday cards, if you haven’t already! I have friends who…
Although I’m a blogger, I’m also a blog reader and follower of (many) other blogs. I continue to get lost in blogs for hours late at night and am giddy…
I might be a little tray crazy (and basket crazy) for that matter. I’ve never counted, but if I was forced to do so, I’m sure I could count at…

Hi! I’m Megan, mom to a thoughtful teenager and spunky young girl. We call Houston home and recently moved into our dream home. I traded my lawyer hat to become a full-time blogger in 2010. I love sharing my passion for affordable fashion, home decor, organization, & fitness to help inspire you to take care of you!

I thought about getting a tattoo, but then I know I would be tired of whatever it is when I got older and when I get old and all wrinkly… well it would be horrid. I'll skip the tats and just be noticed for my my sparkling personality and frizzy hair. HA!
no tats for me…I could never decide on anything I cared enough about to brand myself with!
john has a cross on his upper arm, but he's wild. 😉
I love your blog! I hope you'll take a moment to visit mine and weigh in on my anti- temporary tattoo editorial. I'd love to get your opinion.
What a neat idea! I have a tattoo — on the inside of my foot (below my ankle bone). It's very small (as in smaller than a dime) and is of a dove.
