New Styles at Loft
Hi friend! I hope you’re having a great week! Are you looking forward to Valentine’s Day? If you need some gift ideas for girls (not candy:) here’s the cute little basket I put together for my daughter. I can’t wait to give it to her! See it in video version here.
My son will get something similar, but mostly with gift cards to the places he likes to order food from. If you’re looking for something small for a teen, we all like playing Spot It, enjoy eating heart-shaped waffles, this is a small portable phone charger, and James really likes his waterproof shower phone case.
New Loft Styles
Today, I have lots of cuteness to share with you from Loft! We have darling tops for work to weekend, skirts, jeans and dresses!
Size Reference: I’m petite, about 5’1, weighing 105 and I wear size 25P/0P in jeans and bottoms, in tops I usually wear size XS.

This kelly green top is so fresh and cute for warmer weather and even St. Patty’s Day. I like that it’s shirred throughout, and the peplum style at the waist makes it so flattering! This top would look great with white jeans too.
The jeans are awesome with front welt pockets and a kick crop ankle length. They give your booty a perfect lift from behind too!

This top also has a really flattering fit. It comes in at your waist, so it draws you in, and the vertical stripes help elongate you.

Oh how darling is this floral top?! This feels like something you’d find in a boutique!
The material has a bit more structure and scalloped hems around the sleeves. The red is also so pretty and eye catching.

Red is definitely still having a moment, and I love this shade of true red! This skirt is definitely a statement, but I think it would pair easily with other items in your closet.
It has button down closure alone the front that turns into a split hem, giving you room to strut and a flattering fit.

I also like to style a cute button down with a good pair of jeans, like these flared ones. This feels so chic and a bit preppy.
I really like the pattern on this top as the stripes are so skinny, so it’s easy on the eyes but has a bit more pazzazz with the dotted details throughout.

This top feels very boho, western chic, which is also having a moment right now. The large lacey pattern is adorable and makes this top look so luxe.
I really like how the lace pattern continues along the neckline, giving it such a soft touch. And it comes with a built in cami.

This top is so comfortable and cute! The best of both worlds. The neckline is a bit wider, basically a boat neck which is very flattering and the sleeves do flare, but not so much that they’ll be in the way.
I like this top for this time of year when it’s still a little cool, but you don’t need a full on sweater and jacket.

Again with the boho flare vibe, this top is gorgeous. I think paisley print is so cute especially as we get closer to springtime and if you’re in Houston, then the Rodeo.
It has ties that I left undone for a more V-neckline, and small buttons down the front. I also like the flare of the sleeves that come to a scrunch at the wrist so you get that fun and flirty movement, but it’s still practical.

You can’t go wrong with a good white long sleeve top. Loft has amazing basics like this top that has a scoop neckline without sacrificing coverage.
I like these necklines for layering necklaces as they end up just framing your face so well. And this one is so soft on the body. I have it in three colors!

Here is another great option for an elevated, but casual top. This top is so comfortable like your favorite tee, but looks a bit more elevated.
Again, I think this red looks amazing on everyone, so pretty and sassy.

How cute is this top?! I like the feminine play on the masculine silhouette. Instead of a classic stripe button down, this has a deeper v-neck that is still so soft with the contrasting hem.
It also has a little bit of color-blocking along the wrist hems and the back panel, which makes it feel elevated and even preppy.

Y’all, this dress! I feel like you can’t go wrong with a denim mini dress year round. It has a collared v-neck, and pockets. Not sure what it is, but pockets on a dress is always a bonus.
Here, I styled it with a bandana that it tied in the front leaving these tails in that show off the gorgeous floral pattern in that vibrant red.

This dress is actually from Loft’s lifestyle loungewear inspired collection, Lou & Gray. If you’re a carpool chic fashionista, gal on the go, and love comfort without sacrificing style, then I’d check out this line, they have so many options.
I like this ribbed stripe dress, it feels like pajamas! I also like that the sleeves are elbow length and fitted, it looks very polished.
I’d definitely wear this on a date night with heels, like I styled here, but you could definitely dress this down with sneakers too.

Another dress from that collection. This seriously feels like your favorite sweatpants, but voila, in a dress!
It cinches and folds over at the waist, so you don’t get lost in all the coziness. This heathered light gray is really pretty, especially with these silver sandals. Metallics are here to stay!

Trying on these outfits is getting me excited for Spring. Houston weather is so iffy, it’s looking like it’s gonna rain today and get a bit chillier over the next few days, but who knows what next week could look like!
