New Fall Outfits and Stylish Sweaters
Hi friend! Yay for Friday! We’re heading to Dewberry Farms with the family on Sunday, and that’s always a fun tradition.
Today, I’m going on my longest run of this training season – 10 miles. Strangely enough, I’m actually looking forward to it. Did you hear I committed to running the full marathon in January?! I mentioned in on Stories, but you might not follow me there so I wanted to share it here too. And, my brother agreed to do that with me too. #lovehim
So, the half marathon on October 29 will become another training run on the way to the full 26.2 miles. I’m really scared and haven’t fully wrapped my head around it, but here we go! If you’re a marathon runner, I welcome (beg!) for your tips and recommendations.
I’ve been researching a lot about how to get better and train smarter, so I’ll be doing all my long runs in heart rate Zone 2. For me, that’s really slow, but it’s supposed to pay off in the long run.
This Week on the Blog
We had a fun week on the blog, if you missed it, I shared a new Loves Giveaway, and all the Amazon Prime Deals.
Did you score anything good? Several deals are still going strong, so if you missed something, you may still be in luck.

New Fall Outfits
Today, I have so many fun Fall outfits to share with you! I shopped Loft and Gibsonlook for this post and nearly everything at Loft is on major sale!
At GibsonLook, use my code HONEY10 to get 10% off sitewide!
If I had to choose just TWO favorites from this post, it would be these jeans and this dress.
Size Reference: I’m a shorty (5’1) and petite, weighing about 110. I typically wear size 0p/25 jeans, XS or XSP in tops and dresses.
Jewelry Worn: Necklace • Bracelets • Earrings • Moon & Star Ring
Loft Jeans Outfits

Top • Jeans • Booties • Belt • Crossbody
I’m crazy for these new jeans! They fit fantastic everywhere and feel great on. They have a comfortable high waist, fitted at the waist and through the hips. They finish with a bootcut pant leg and raw edge hem.
The solid, dark wash makes them easy to dress up or down. I paired them with this super soft long sleeve white knit pullover. It’s a comfy casual kind of top, but the slightly puffed sleeve and longer cuff dress it up a bit.
Top Fit: I’m wearing an XS
Jeans Fit: I’m wearing a 25P

Top • Jeans • Belt • Heels
Same jeans here, but worn with an aqua colored v-neck top. This one feels a bit silkier than your regular t-shirt, so it can look dressier.
Top Fit: I’m wearing an XS
Jeans Fit: 25P

Top • Jeans • Belt • Heels

Top • Jeans • Mules • Crossbody
I put these skinny jeans on and boy are they skinny! Maybe I’m not used to them! These are a midnight black high waist with a raw edge hem. A great basic black jean in a skinny style. Are you still wearing skinnies, or opting for more straight or wide leg lately?
The top is a ribbed knit sweater in a perfect neutral grey. It’s stretchy and would also look good with blue jeans or dressed up with pants or a skirt.
Top Fit: I’m wearing an XS
Jeans Fit: 25P

Loft Black Pants Outfits

Sweater • Jeans • Booties • Crossbody
Ooh, these jeans are so cool! They’re a black skinny, but coated so they feel extra chic and kinda rocker or hot date night vibes. You can also dress them up for holiday with a sparkly top.
This sweater is fun with the exaggerated collar and zip front. You can layer a cami or tank underneath for more visual interest.

**I’m loving these pants too!** They are so incredibly comfortable with a high waist and flare leg. They have a seam down the front that helps give you the appearance of a longer leg line.
If you like turtlenecks, this is a good one in a bold black and white stripe. It’s a stretchy ribbed knit and would also be Fall perfect with blue jeans, boots and a colorful scarf.
Top Fit: I’m wearing an XS
Pants Fit: 0P

I’m crazy for this dotted blouse! It’s extra cool because it’s a mixed media style – silky in the front and lightweight knit in the back. I like how it’s perfect for work, but also can be worn casually with jeans.
Top Fit: I’m wearing an XSP
Pants Fit: XSP

Ooh, these faux leather pants are SO GOOD! First of all, they have an ultra soft and cozy lining inside that feels amazing – almost like a cozy pair of loung pants.
But the outside style is FIERCE! They have a high waist, fitted at the hips, then a bootcut length. I like the piping stitch down the front too.
These pants will be PERFECT for fall and winter parties, and you can style them so many different ways. Here, I added this chic top with a cool abstract pattern, puffed short sleeves and ruffled neck.
Top Fit: I’m wearing an XS
Pants Fit: 0P

And this cardigan is fabulous too! It has a banded waist that I tucked under, but you can also wear it untucked for a longer look. When you tuck it under, it creates a longer leg line.

Turtleneck • Jacket • Pants
Jacket Fit: I’m wearing an XS, prefer XXS
I like how a faux leather jacket can instantly up the ante on any look. It’s especially good thrown over a baby doll style dress, which gives the look a cool vibe and less feminine.
This pebbled faux leather moto jacket is definitely on trend this year. It’s a more modern look with the notched collar, seaming and zip detail. It’s a relaxed fit, but I still wish I had gotten an XXS.
Loft Dresses

Dress Fit: I’m wearing a XSP
If you’re ready for sweater dresses, this is a good option because it’s not too heavy for this time of year. The burnt orange color is also perfectly Fall and it almost has a retro vibe to it with the soft collar and ribbed knit.
I’m wearing it with heels, but you could also wear it with booties and a vest.

Dress Fit: I’m wearing a 0P
This dress is easy to wear and conservatively cut for the office. It has a smocked mock neck, fitted elastic waist and a flowy skirt. It’s fully lined in a soft knit and you can machine wash it.

Top • Skirt • Sandals • Crossbody
Top Fit: I’m wearing an XS
Skirt Fit: 00P, size down one
If you like wearing skirts, it’s a good idea to have a faux leather option in your closet. This one is a perfect basic with a zip back and front slit.
You can style this so many ways – with sweaters, a button down top or blouse and also a bodysuit/cami and cardigan. A faux leather skirt also looks great with tights and boots with the weather gets colder.

Dress Fit: I’m wearing a 0P
I’m crazy for this plum slip dress! It’s definitely sexy without being too over the top. It has adjustable spaghetti shoulder straps and a draped neck. It’s not skintight and I’m wearing a backless bra with it.

Dress Fit: I’m wearing an XSP
Isn’t this dress so fun for Fall?! The medallion pattern is unique and I like the cabernet, aqua, gold colors together. The split collar and shoulders have a pretty stitch detail and it comes with the tie belt. It hits midi length and is fully lined.

Gibsonlook Jeans Outfits

Bodysuit • Jeans • Belt • Booties • Crossbody
Bodysuit Fit: I’m wearing an XS (size up one)
Jeans Fit: 25P
First up, I’m a huge fan of Gibsonlook bodysuits. The material is soft and durable, holding up through countless machine washings over the years. It’s a good thing because they are pricey. This is a new style, but even the older styles I still wear and love – even 3 years later, so I’ve considered it a worthy investment.
This bodysuit has a cool square neckline and a perfect bra-hiding width shoulder strap. I like how opaque these are (even in pink) and how they look great worn alone, but also make the perfect backdrop for a blazer, a cardigan or under a button down.

Bodysuit • Jeans • Belt • Crossbody

Bodysuit • Cardigan • Jeans • Belt • Booties
Cardigan Fit: I’m wearing a XXS
This cardigan is so cute with the diamond stitch sleeve and cable knit front. The sleeves are bloused for a perfectly relaxed look.

Bodysuit • Cardigan • Jeans • Belt

Top • Jeans • Belt • Booties • Hat • Bag
I’m loving this fall look with the maroon top, dark jeans and brown accessories. This is the kind of top you can dress up or down since it has a soft knit feel with slightly puffed sleeves, a v-neck and seam down the front. It comes in several colors.
Top Fit : I’m wearing XXS

Top • Jeans • Belt • Booties • Hat • Bag

Bodysuit • Cardigan • Jeans • Belt • Booties
Cardigan Fit: I’m wearing an XS, prefer XXS
Y’all loved the sweater coat from Amazon, and this one reminds me of it. This one, however, has a notched collar, single button and pockets. It’s a perfectly relaxed type of jacket that elevates your look, while keeping you super comfortable.

Bodysuit • Cardigan • Jeans • Belt

Sweater • Jeans • Belt • Booties • Bag
Sweater Fit: I’m wearing an XXS
Pants Fit: 25P
I also tried Gibson’s latest loungewear set (shown below), but I liked the sweater so much that I mixed and matched it with my Loft jeans for a new look.

Gibsonlook Lounge Outfit

Sweater Fit: I’m wearing an XXS
Pants Fit: XXS (runs long)
Here is the complete outfit – totally cozy goodness! I don’t think I’ve ever had a lounge pant in a cable knit sweater material, but it works! The pants have an elastic waist and drawstring tie. I’m only bummed that they’re too long on me!

Gibsonlook Dresses

Dress Fit: I’m wearing an XXS
This is one of my favorite dresses in this whole post! I’m crazy for the peppy colors and fun shape. It’s 100% cotton and feels crisp on, while keeping its shape while wearing. The puffed sleeves are balanced by the small waist and a-line skirt. Plus, it has pockets!

Dress Fit: I’m wearing an XXS
This is a fun one too! A fit and flare style in the prettiest fall floral pattern and varying shades of pink. It has a smocked waist that really flatters your shape and a ruffled skirt. It’s also fully lined.

Dress • Heels • Booties • Hat
I had some fun styling this dress up for Round Top, the antiques fair that Ali-Shaun and I are going to in a couple of weeks. The booties are my new ones from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and that hat is on major sale (in a blush pink).
Ali-Shaun got this cute jacket from Amazon for the trip.

Dress Fit: I’m wearing an XS, prefer XXSÂ
Ooh, this dress is silky stunning goodness! It’s a gorgeous deep rust color with a halter neck and tie, then full length maxi skirt. The back is completely open, but don’t worry, this backless bra will solve that dilemma for you! It grips really well on the sides!

Dress Fit: I’m wearing an XXS, size down
This dress is similar to the above, but in a much more casual style. The material is woven poly and it’s very relaxed fitting. It features a ruffled neck and oversized ruffled hi/low skirt, with a thin tie belt.

Dress • Sandals • Similar Crossbody
Dress Fit: I’m wearing an XXS
This “decked out day dress” is one of Gibson’s most popular sellers. Women love the relaxed fit and how cute it is, perfect for so many occasions – depending on how you style it. It can be worn with heels for a date night or sneakers on the weekend.

Dress Fit: I’m wearing an XXS
This is my favorite sweater dress that Gibson has created. The blouse is so flattering with the split v-neck and ribbed cuffs that coordinate with the waist. The color is divine in a soft rose and there’s a high slit on one side.

really nice outfits, my favorite are second and fourth, but all clothes selected are lovely!!!
Thank you so much Giulia! I appreciate you!
10 miles is my fave run. I was introduced to running by a coworker that followed Jeff Galloway’s training plan and I loved it. If you can run 10 miles now, you can run 26 in January!
Thank you for the vote of confidence Kassi, I’m working the plan, but not looking forward to training in the cold!
I love all of your outfits! Your black dresser/console is very stylish, but it is really hard to see your jeans and pants when you were standing in front of it. The contrast between a light background and your various outfits is waaay easier to see, as opposed to the dark pants against the dark dresser. 🙂 I really enjoy your blog 🙂
Thank you for that feedback Tiffany, it’s very helpful!
