Fall Styles | New Jeans, Sweaters & Jean Jackets
Thank you to KUT from the Kloth and ShopStyle for sponsoring today’s post
Good morning friends! How’s your week going so far? Can you believe Thanksgiving is next week?! And starting tomorrow after school, my kids are on Thanksgiving break for a week! They are gonna be in heaven! We’re already planning some get togethers with the cousins, but other than that, we don’t have anything on the agenda!
Today’s I’m happily partnering with one of my favorite brands of jeans- KUT from the Kloth. If you’re a longtime follower (thank you!), you’ve seen me wearing and recommending these jeans in a variety of styles over the years.
I looked waaaay back and realized I’ve been wearing the KUT from the Kloth Natalie bootcut jeans since 2016! When a jean gives you legs for days, you keep wearing them! And the same pair! Despite my many washings and wearings, they still look good as new!

And, my favorite jean jacket is also by KUT from the Kloth. She and I go way back too! You can tell by that long, brown hair!

There’s a reason KUT from the Kloth is standing the test of time for us. They’re passionate about creating fashion-forward looks made with love with premium fabrics at a great price. Each garment is functionally and beautifully designed for women, by women.
KUT from the Kloth is on a mission to help you find that perfect pair of jeans that you never want to take off.
Now we’re bringing it into 2019 with two stylish and versatile jeans with a new kick. One of the newest details on jeans is a thin side detail that amps them up a notch from your standard denim. I have two outfits to share with you featuring this fun detail- a blue jean and a black pair.
Outfit #1
Side Detail Jeans • Sweater • Jean Jacket • Snakeskin Clutch • Similar Booties
From the front, they may look your traditional blue jeans, but when you turn to the side, you see that fun thin side detail running along the length of your leg.  The Donna High Rise Skinny has a faux snake print side detail trim that is just the perfect pop of pattern.
Jeans Fit : TTS, I’m wearing a size 0, but I would prefer 0PÂ
I love how the ivory sweater complements the snake trim detail.
Now that it’s downright cold here, it’s definitely sweater weather. We thought it would never get here! This sweater is a lovely neutral color with an open v-neck and slight balloon sleeves.
I think it’s a fun take on a traditional cable knit sweater with the unique shape. Plus, it’s nice and thick so it will keep you cozy.
Sweater Fit : TTS, I’m wearing size Small
Like I shared above, one of my very favorite things that has stood the test of time over many years is my KUT from the Kloth jean jacket. It’s been around the United States with me, often lives in my car, and just gets better with age.
Now, the Helena jean jacket is back in a cool, darker shade. It’s a softly faded denim with the same look and style of the lighter wash old faithful. I love a good jean jacket for it’s versatility- it goes great with jeans, maxi dresses, shorts and leggings.
My original jean jacket is a light wash, but it’s been reinvented with this cool, modern darker wash. There’s a slight stretch in the material and it’s very soft and comfortable.
Jacket Fit :Â This jacket is meant to be shrunkin, so if you want more room, order a size up.Â

Outfit #2
Now onto the second look, which is so cozy and festive, perfect for the upcoming holidays.
Black Jeans • Fair Isle Sweater • Black Jean Jacket • Booties
This black pair of jeans is incredibly slimming and is amped up a notch with the side velvet trim. I love how they aptly describe it on the website- as adding a “low-key luxe vibe” that will instantly elevate your outfit.
Jeans Fit : TTS, I’m wearing a size 0, but I would prefer 0PÂ
Right about now is the time I want to start wearing all the fair isle prints! I was smitten with this sweater as soon as I saw it. The classic fair isle print has a modern edge to it with the diamond pattern. And of course I adore the darling red, pink and navy combo.
One thing I wasn’t prepared for when looking at it online though was just how soft it is. Then I realized it’s made with pima cotton, which lasts longer, wrinkles less, and is softer than standard cotton. You really won’t want to take this sweater off!
Although I paired the sweater with black jeans, it would be perfect with either blue jeans or white. You could also dress it up with slacks and heels for the office.
These pointed toe booties are my Fall/Winter staple! I spend so much time searching for clothes and shoes online- but I bet I spend the most time researching booties! I want to find the PERFECT pair- that are stylish, versatile, fantastic quality, and go with everything.
This bootie by Vince Camuto checks all those boxes. The shape is nice and leg lengthening with the pointy (but not too pointy) toe. I like the black color with the contrasting wooden block heel. You’ll get some height with this heel (2.5 inches), but it’s not too high to be comfortable in. I can wear these all day and my feel feel fine, plus, they’re easy to walk in.
Right now, they’re 40% off, so definitely take advantage of that!
This black jean jacket is ‘boyfriend style’ so it’s more relaxed and a looser fit than the Helena above.  It has a faux fur collar that will keep you extra warm and cozy on those chilly days.
Jacket Fit : I’m wearing size XS

Which outfit do you prefer? Are you crazy about your jean jacket too? I swear it was soooo cold when we took these photos, and then yesterday I had to put the air conditioning back on. It was 80 degrees! That’s Houston for ya!

Have a great day friends!
