Good morning Friends! Are you moving slow from Fourth of July?  Me too!  I’m having a hard time remembering that it’s actually Friday since yesterday was a holiday.  My mom and I went to Waco, Texas and visited Magnolia Market and made some other fun stops along the way.  I got lots of pics and videos I need to share soon.  I’m giddy over what I brought home for me and the kids.

For Size Reference: I’m a shorty (5’1) and petite, athletic build (bigger legs), weighing about 110 and wear a 34D bra.  I typically wear size 0p/25 jeans, XSP in tops and dresses.  Lots of times the smallest size on Amazon is a Small, so in that case, that’s what I ordered.

I had such good luck with my Amazon cutoff jean shorts that I went looking for another style.  I’m crazy for this darker hue, high waisted pair with a raw edge hem and slight distressing.  They have a good bit of stretch to them and also aren’t so short that your booty’s hanging out.

In honor of Independence Day, I found this USA tee and the quality is there.  It’s nice and thick and opaque and it’s never too late to sport a USA tee.

I really like this smocked tank – so much that I got it in two colors.  This red is vibrant and I like how the smocked part creates a flattering peplum look. Isn’t the little ruffle on the sleeves cute?!

If red isn’t your color, the navy is more subdued, but sill darling!

DRESSES & SKIRTS

I don’t think I have any orange dresses, so I was surprised how much I liked this one.  I think my brunette friends would really rock it too!  It’s a wrap style with a flutter sleeve and hem.  The coordinating tie belt wraps around your waist twice and ties on the side.

And what about those rockstud sandals?! I’m 100% smitten!  They are super cute on and come in tons of colors.  The fit is TTS.

The bold colors and stripes immediately drew me to this dress.  The material is a bit like a swim material though, so know that before your buy!

Oh how I love a white dress for summer!  This one is a fantastic quality and fully lined.  It’s swingy goodness and can be worn casual with flats or dressier with heels and accessories.  A long pendant necklace would look so good with this dress.

I can never have enough t-shirt dresses for throwing on for carpool, quick errands, or just hanging at home.  This one has a high/low hem and front pocket.  It’s on the thinner side, better for your hot days.

Girl, this dress is so cute – but I think it’s better suited as a swimsuit coverup because it’s backless and even your backless bra would show on the sides.  It’s definitely too cute not to share though!

Y’all, please get this dress! You’ll think you got it at Nordstrom for the quality & fit!  It’s fully lined to the knee, has beautiful crochet detail throughout and fits like a dream.  The style is so perfect for weddings, date night, parties, church and more.  I have it in pink and that one is gorgeous too.

I wasn’t sure what to think about a skirt/top set like this.  I was worried it would be belly baring, but it fits together just perfectly to create a dress-like look.  I love the pattern and think it looks super cute for a summer day!

Y’all saw this skirt in my NYC recap post.  I love the pattern and fun fit.  It was perfect for running around the hot city all day!

For a longer leopard print maxi, this one is a winner.  It’s pleated throughout and has a comfortable elastic waistband.  I wasn’t crazy about the little tie, so I would probably cut that out.

Y’all – how fun is this off shoulder romper for a night out?!  I love that the elastic at the shoulders is comfortable, but also stays put. The length is just right too – not too short and the darker blue is stunning!   I like that as a change from basic black.

I had to have this jumpsuit in another color (opting for stripes this time) because I love it so much! I wore the solid black one on the plane to NYC and was so comfy in it.  It’s nice and lightweight and I’m crazy for the style, with pockets!

Oooh, and this short sleeve jumpsuit is awesome!  You will be ultra comfortable in it – it’s pajama soft – and the style is so forgiving.  And bonus – pockets!

I wish this jumpsuit came one size smaller, but I had to show it to you.  If you get the right size, I think it will be absolutely darling. The petite polka dots are really cute and the top has a snap closure to keep it closed.
