Wardrobe Wednesday // Comfy Colorful Flat Sandals

Although I am generally a high heels or at least wedges kinda girl, practicality has been weighing out more and more these days.  You can often find me running around in flip flops or athletic shoes, but I have my eye on a few of these colorful flat sandals.  I have the DV by Dolce Vita ‘Alvyn’ Sandal in blue and I’ve been wearing them everywhere.  They look great with jean shorts and my white skinny jeans.  Havainanas ‘Slim’ flip flops are my everyday running around sandal, but I love how colorful the options below are and they tend to dress up an outfit a little more than regular flip flops.

  2. I really miss your old posts. When you were a home decor blog. These fashion posts are so boring. I feel like you are trying way too hard to be like A Thoughtful Place or any of the other female bloggers out there. I doubt you will even post this, but I figured someone should tell you.     1. Thanks for your comment Melissa. I appreciate the feedback. My blog always reflects what I'm into at the moment and, instead of creating a third blog devoted solely to fashion (I already have a 2nd health and fitness blog), I opted to incorporate fashion posts here two days a week. I did a reader survey awhile back about whether my readers wanted to see more fashion posts and the overwhelming majority said yes, but of course I understand not everyone feels that way. I still post about our home (shared my office on Monday) and will be posting a whole home tour on Thursday. My life is evolving and changing and you see that reflected here on my blog. I am always just striving to be the best version of myself. But I adore Courtney! 🙂
