James’ 1st Easter Basket

Last year, James was just six weeks old at Easter, and we enjoyed the day with my sis-n-law’s family and had great food and an Easter egg hunt for my little nephew, but no Easter basket for the baby. image This year, I thought I’d get James something that he might not be able to destroy in five seconds and could also use later.  A quick trip to the store  . . . image and some stickers . . . DSC_0092 DSC_0097 add a ribbon . . . DSC_0096 I’m really looking forward to Easter this year!  I hope James likes his Easter basket:) ********* Tomorrow I’ll be announcing an awesome GIVEAWAY from the etsy shop Milk & Cookies! image She makes pillows like these!   image image image

Cute! I love reading about James especially because my littlest is the same age. Last year she slept through Easter 🙂 I may copy your Easter basket idea for my girls. I wish we had a Hobby Lobby in Santa Barbara! Can't wait to look at that etsy store!

That's such a cute Easter basket! I actually have an exact bigger version of the ducky. Can you imagine it?

I think it's adorable. I've been on the fence about maybe getting some cute buckets this year instead of our traditional baskets, but I haven't decided. You did a great job. 🙂

Oh, the memories….as you may remember from our chat once, my little Kendall was only weeks old too last easter! Can you believe how much fun they are going to be this year? Are you guys doing an easter egg hunt for James?

The Easter BUcket is ADORABLE! It reminds me of a project I did for K this past week that you might do for James too! xoxo, Shelli at alamode

Oh I hadn't really thought about it yet, but this will be Lilly's first Easter basket too! We didn't do one last year, at least I didn't… I'll have to get on that.

Love Easter with kids- so cute! And I love M&C Canada- she lives just down the street from me – I bought three cushions from her last year and they are fabulous. Great giveaway!!

Love the bucket. My girls each have a galvanized bucket that I hand painted for each of them (years ago). They still get it filled with goodies on Easter and they are 17 and 21!!! Just received my pillow from Milk and Cookies and love it!!!
