Easter Basket Fillers

Hi friend!  We’re on the downhill slide to Friday now! Yay!  And guess what?  We closed on my old house today!  It officially belongs to the new owners!

I’m so happy for them to make that house a home for their family.  It was good to us for 12 years and I’m excited for them to make it their own.  We are loving our new house and everyday it feels more like home.

EASTER BASKET FILLERS

I can’t believe how quickly the months seem to be passing!  Easter will be here before we know it and it’s such a heartfelt holiday.  We always celebrate with sweet Easter baskets filled with little treats, a new swimsuit and/or flip flops if the kids need it and a bible if they’ve outgrown their current one.

I’ve included some cute ideas for both boys and girls of all ages.

1 • What an adorable ballerina take on the Easter bunny!

2 • Etsy is the best stop for all sorts of one of kind items. This bracelet making kit is too cute and consists of handmade wood and acrylic pieces.

3 • Jellycat is the BEST for all things plush. This little bunny comes with the book too.

4 • Summer will be here before you know it, we’re already getting into the high 80’s. My son has had lots of fun with these water balloons.

5Dinosaur eggs that convert to dinosaurs?! Like mini transformers from back in the day!

6Personalized drink tumblers are practical for taking outside the house so you don’t lose them and there’s several colors to choose from.

7 • Everyone loves bubbles!  An easy, inexpensive idea for loads of entertainment.

8 • Cutest little butterfly hair clips for those baby fine strands.

9Sidewalk chalk in the shape of bunnies?! How cute are these! A great alternative to the sugar rush that usually sits in Easter Baskets.

10 • This camera is a great one for your teen or tween.  And they can print their pictures right away.

11 • Bendable, shapeable Wikki Sticks are great for travel or while waiting at a restaurant.  Jordan has made all kinds of things with hers.

12Bath bombs are always a fun idea.  These have dinosaurs inside.

13 • I couldn’t live without my pop socket, this is a cute one for the younger crowd.

14 • This compact speaker (3×3 inches) is small in size, but big on sound.  It’s bluetooth and android compatible, also water resistant with 6 hours of play time. Under $20

15 • This slingshot is handmade and uses felt balls so no one gets hurt (or breaks a lamp)! Love the colors too.

  1. Thanks for this post! I just ordered the slingshots for my 3 boys…I was looking for a cool little toy to add to their baskets (15 yr old twins and a 12 yr old…hard to fill baskets for them now). I saw your IG stories and couldn’t get to your blog fast enough to see the goodies!

  2. Such darling ideas. My boys are young men now, I always liked including a new bathing suit or water toy for the summer. Enjoy Easter in your new home, it’s so lovely and light feeling.
