It is scratchy?” My goal is to take the guesswork out of shopping by inviting you into my Dressing Room where I honestly share the real-deal fit and review. And to help get you started, I scour the stores to find the cute and comfy new styles you’ll be curious about and show you how to wear them.
For size reference, I’m super petite, 5’1, 105, 34D. I usually wear 0P or 25 in jeans and XS or 0P tops.
Hi friend! YAY for Friday! One more t-ball game on the agenda and then we’re sports free for the summer! I am considering more swim lessons for the kids, such an important lifelong skill.
It’s also getting so hot here, so we’ll probably head to the pool to get some relief. Do you have any fun plans?

Hi friend! I hope you’re having a lovely Good Friday! I’m finishing the week strong with three killer workouts in a row. I took a pretty long break from my usual exercise, and have been feeling so blah and out of shape.
Not to mention the scale is reporting numbers I haven’t seen in forever, so I’m back at it, making my health and fitness a priority. I always feel so much better in body, mind and spirit when I’m at it consistently. Do you notice that too?

Hi friend! We are officially on Easter break (last minute basket stuffers here!) and the kids kicked it off with . . . dental visits! Well, that’s just how the schedule worked out, but they did great and we celebrated with a visit to Target after!
Speaking of Target, I’ll have a Target fashion haul tomorrow, but today, it’s all about LOFT! I placed a big order and have lots new Spring styles to share with you! And, bonus, most of the pieces are ON SALE!

Hi friend! I’m coming to you from glorious Cozumel today! I didn’t know if I’d be well enough to travel, but thankfully I’m so much better! I think I just needed about 48 hours of sleep to recover from my crazy last month!
If you haven’t been here in awhile, I found a home and moved in in less than a month. And, I sold my home! Needless to say, it’s been a very busy February/March, but I’m thankful we booked this trip ages ago. It couldn’t have come at a better time!

But first, it’s my sweet first born’s birthday today! My son turns 12 and I can’t wait to celebrate him. We’re doing a family pizza dinner tonight and then he’s having some friends over this weekend. James has been an absolute joy and delight since the day he was born and I tell him all the time how blessed I feel to get to be his mom.
Hi friend! Yay for Friday and making it to the weekend! We’re looking at a cold few days and only a basketball game and church on the agenda, so I’m sure we’ll be bundled up at home the rest of the time.
I know the world seems uncertain lately and I hope my blog brings a brief respite from the worry and fear out there. I’m sending y’all a big hug and extra love today.

Hi friend! I hope you’re getting to enjoy a day off work today! A three-day weekend is always a nice thing! We had such a fun, memorable weekend.
Friday was Jordan’s 6th birthday and she loved getting to bring Ryan’s World cookies to class. We’re in Houston and had The Bearded Baker (he’s been on the food network!) make them and they turned out amazing and really yummy. He makes other treats too, so I highly recommend him if you’re in the area.
Then, we had a family dinner at her choice- Russo’s pizza,
Yay for Friday! I get to see my girlfriends today AND get a massage! We’re celebrating Marianna’s birthday with a spa party, complete with facials and massages and everyone is bringing a different themed charcuterie board. I chose to do a dessert theme and can’t wait to put it together! I’ll be sure to share on Stories how it turns out.
And it’s Super Bowl weekend! We’ll be watching the game at home with Brian and the girls and rooting for the Bengals all the way!

Hi friend! Happy almost Thanksgiving! Can you believe it’s tomorrow?! I’ve prepped as much as I can already by laying out my recipes and ingredients, and the table was set about a month ago! I just need to tidy the house, figure out what I’m gonna wear, and start cooking!

We have Jordan’s soccer game on Saturday and the Houston forecast is looking PERFECT! We’re expecting a cool front tonight that will put us at a high of 75 and low of 55. That will be glorious! Especially since we were sweating our buns off at last Saturday’s game!

Hi friends! Are we soooo happy it’s Friday?! I know I am! This was our first full week back to school and it came with some exhausted kiddos. Getting into a new routine is a challenge and my son also started sports, so that’s another change.
Most nights, I went to bed with my kindergartener (early!) so luckily mom stayed rested!
Brian and I had a much needed date night at Savoir last night and it was so good to catch up and talk about everything that’s been going on lately.
It’s been a heavy week with all of the world events.
