New at Nordstrom

Hi friend! I hope you’re having a great week! We had our second school football game of the season and it was awesome!

It’s wild to see how far our team has come since last year. Last year was the first year our school had a team and most of the boys had never played football. Needless to say, it’s been a learning curve, but they are doing fantastic this year!

New at Nordstrom

I was peeking around Nordstrom’s website and saw an incredible selection of new fall pieces. From cozy sweaters to dresses, jeans, shoes and accessories, Nordstrom has everything you could want for those crisp autumn days (not that we’re seeing those yet here!;)

Whether you’re in need of a complete wardrobe refresh or just want to pick up a few key pieces to update your fall, style Nordstrom has it!

Plus, I still find their customer service as incredible as always. If you order online (I always do), you get free shipping and free returns. That makes it super easy to return or exchange something if it’s not quite right.

1 • This leopard print pullover is a soft brushed knit blend that you won’t want to take off. I like to front tuck this one into jeans or wear it with joggers.

2 • Pink is a fun pop of color for the autumn months, and this mixed stitch sweater from French Connection is so cute! It has a popcorn-like texture and is 100% cotton.

3 • If you like a sweater dress, this midi length beauty comes in oatmeal (shown), burnt orange and olive. It’s sustainably made and would look great with a belt and/or crossbody bag.

4 • I’m dying over this fleece collar jacket by Vuori! We all know and love their joggers and this is also one to fall in love with. This jacket looks so incredibly soft and cozy and has a high pile fleece. It’s got a silky contrast at the zipper and rushed sleeves with double front pockets. There’s three colors to choose from- my favorite is the one pictured “dusty pine.”

5 • You can’t do fall without a relaxed, easy to wear cardigan. This oversized button front cardigan hits at the hip and comes in 5 colors.

6 • I’m a huge Tory Burch fan and this nylon belt bag is chic! It has her minimal logo on front with a durable, adjustable nylon belt. It looks much nicer than my similar Amazon belt bag (but the Amazon one is only $12!). I use my belt bag for taking Luke on walks, but if I were going to use it in my everyday wardrobe, I may splurge for the TB version.

7 • Y’all are crazy for the Moonlight dreams pajamas and they have several fun new colors. I LOVE the black outlined floral- just added to cart!

8 • Fall sweaters, cardigans, jeans and joggers all look crisp and cool with a white sneaker. This one by Steve Madden has a platform sole to give you a little extra height – I’ll take all I can get! 😉

9 • Sam Edelman makes such great quality, stylish shoes that are both on trend and comfortable. Plus, they last! This knee high boot is gorgeous and classy for fall and you can wear it with your jeans, leggings, dresses and skirts.

10 • Seems like more and more we’re switching away from our skinnies in lieu of straight leg jeans. This light wash pair is by Madewell and has a higher back rise for a booty-enhancing lift (i.e. they’ll make your butt look incredible;) They’re made of 100% nonstretch cotton denim so you may feel a bit tight at first, but once you wear then enough to mold to your body, they fit like a dream.

They are high rise and fitted at the waist, so size up one.

11 • Madewell also has a super cute kick crop mid rise jean. They a have a flare leg, pockets that hold you in and fit TTS.

12 • For my women who want a demure heel designed for a lady, this low heel slingback is just right. It features a pointed cap toe and comes in three colors.

13 • I’m smitten with this colorful sweater dress. The elbow length short sleeves make a statement and I love how the colors appear ombre. It also comes in a purple colorway.

14 • If you prefer a relaxed, non bodycon type of sweater dress, this one is nice and oversized. It has a v-neck and miniskirt length, which is balanced out by the loose fit.

15 • Finally, for a party or other occasion where you want to feel a bit more dressed up, this long sleeve satin dress is a winner! It has a fun two tiered ruffled mini skirt contrasted with a conservative higher neckline. This dress comes in gorgeous jewel tones, including an emerald green and pretty plum.

I should count my lucky stars that we’re finally out of the 100 degree weather. Even being in the 90s feels like a relief now! I’m trying to patient wait for our turn to get into the lower digits. Once it gets chilly, then cold – it’ll be here for awhile – plenty of time to savor!
