Just (THE BEST) Sales

Hi friends and welcome back to my blog!  The night before last I had a terrible case of insomnia and didn’t get to sleep until 4am!  Needless to say, I was not my best self yesterday!  That lack of sleep makes you feel so miserable the next day. I had an espresso later in the day which might have contributed to my sleeplessness, but someone also mentioned it could be hormones.

It’s weird because this happens every once in awhile, so I’m curious if you experience it too.  I bet it’s because I couldn’t shut off my brain.  Sometimes those unresolved thoughts just hang out and taunt!  Ug! Here’s to better sleep tonight!

  1. I used to have chronic insomnia, nearly every night. I’m in a much better and less stressful place in my life now but it still pops up occasionally. I take melatonin gummies nightly and that helps! I think we also forget that positive stress (i.e. excitement over a trip, or recovery from a trip PLUS a holiday weekend) is still stress and can affect us negatively.
    Hope it gets better and you get great sleep tonight!
