April Rewind, Best Sellers & Reader Faves

Hi friends!  Happy Friday!  Did you catch my Day in the Life on Stories yesterday?  It’s kinda what a typical day looks like around here and I hope it gave you a glimpse into the behind the scenes of what I’m doing all day and how I prepare these blog posts!  It’s saved to an Instagram Highlight if you missed it!

I’m looking at a weekend all to myself and I’m not mad about it.  I miss my kiddos really bad when they’re at their dad’s house, but we make the most of it and Facetime throughout the weekend.  I also use the time to rest, recuperate, get things done, etc.

This weekend, I’ll keep working out and sticking to my meal plan and I get to see Brian on Sunday night for a friend’s birthday dinner.  My girlfriend Trisa is also coming into town from Fort Worth, so I’ll get to see her for a bit on Sunday too.  I’m super excited for that!

It’s all about Summer goodness on Amazon this month.  Looks like y’all are ready for a loooong overdue vacay!

1 • This crochet blouse is easy breezy and looks great with jean shorts.

2 • The sun hat is always a reader fave and I’m not surprised.  I still wear mine all the time- it’s classic, the shape is flattering, it’s adjustable and priced right!

3 • I took this crochet tank coverup to Mexico!

4 • The Mother of flattering swimsuits with side ruching.  The shoulder straps are removable.

5 •. These colorful stretchy bracelets punch up any outfit!

6 • You’ll be comfy all day in this tank style dress and you can dress it up with a woven belt.  It’s a stretchy t-shirt material that feels so good on.

7 • If you work in an office, you’ll lots of mileage out of these crop pants.  They’re great for warmer months and fit TTS (with pockets).

8 • I wore this tunic coverup in Mexico too and I saw another woman in it! #twinning

1 • Y’all know I use this microwave plate cover on repeat and it saves me from having to wipe out my microwave after every use!

2 • These clear, acrylic dividers are perfect for storing your clutches upright and keeping their shape.  Plus, you can easily see what you have!

3 • It’s so useful to have this phone holder to affix your phone to a window, mirror, or glass so you can watch videos, facetime, record Tic Toks?!  It pulls off easily without any residue and without damaging the surface.

4 • We love using this cheese board for big snack platters or parties.  It makes a lovely Mother’s Day gift too!

5 • The softest sheets.  Just trust me. ♥ (and very affordable!)

6 •  There’s nothing I can’t stand more than digging and digging through my purse to find something.  This solves that problem and keeps everything nice and organized!

Excellence Playa Mujeres Trip Recap

I think y’all are ready to travel again – or just super interested in how things went in Mexico!  I had more than one person ask me if I came home with a ring!

The trip was so fun and I tried to be very thorough in this trip recap.  One thing I forgot to mention was that, although the hotel was all-inclusive, we did tip at the restaurants, bars and the hard working staff.  I was a waitress for many years, so I’m a good tipper!  P.S. Isn’t my honey cute?!?!
