All my life I was a JIF peanut butter girl. I bought the low-fat kind and ate it by the jarful. I love peanut butter on almost everything- apples, celery, PB&J, chocolate, even on my pancakes.
A couple years ago, in an effort to eat less processed food, I switched to all natural peanut butter. I’ve tried all kinds of brands and even almond butter and keep coming back to my all-time favorite, Laura Scudders, because it tastes so good. You do have to stir it some, but oil separation is normal in all-natural peanut butter. I’m currently loving the nutty one, but they also make it in smooth. I can find it at my local grocery store.
So good on protein pancakes! I recently tweaked that recipe- I now add a little milk to the batter too- it makes them less dense.
Are you eating all-natural peanut butter? What brand do you like?

Love natural PBs! I usually buy Whole Foods brand, 365. I buy one with absolutely nothing added and one that has a little cane sugar mixed in for when I want something a little smoother and sweeter. Also have found I adore raw almond butter.
I LOVE Peanut Butter & Co. Im totally addicted. I also love the Dark Chocolate Dreams and the Mighty Maple variety. Incredible!! Ill have to give this one a try too!
Stop and Shop in New England sells a house brand of peanut butter that contains just peanuts and salt. Its the only one I've ever found with just these two traditional ingredients, but that also tastes good.
I love Trader Joe's valencia peanut butter with flax seed. It is currently out of stock, though, until they find a new peanut supplier. So sad. In the meantime, I've been buying the 365 brand, but it's not as good, imo. I haven't seen this brand – maybe it's not in the northeast?
Kroger sells a natural creamy peanut butter that is delicious. Just peanuts and salt. A lot of times it is on sale or part of their "10 for 10" deal. 🙂

Yum. I am a peanut butter hound. Like literally would possibly grab the jar along with my kids, dog, and bag in an emergency. My favorite is Krema natural. I buy the kind at the factory store which happens to be here in Columbus. It's different than the one at the grocery store. In all honesty, there hasn't really been a peanut butter that I would turn down.
this stuff is so good! 🙂
