Hello friends! I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I got to sleep in on Saturday ’til 8am when my best friend, Karen called. I was happy for the wakeup and happy to talk to her! It was a weekend alone, which I used to get ahead on laundry, meal prepping and blog posts. I even did a Saturday morning spin class- the hour one that feels like I’m gonna die, but, makes me feel so good later! And I got to meet a couple of friends for Sunday brunch at Common Bond. Hi friends and happy weekend! I’m less than one week out from a Mexico getaway with Brian! I’m pinching myself that we’re even going! I can’t help but think back to when I was going through my divorce compared to where I am now emotionally and it feels like a lifetime ago. In 2019, I really never dreamed that in two years, I’d have a wonderful man in my life and we’d be going on vacation!
Let me remind you of one of my favorite sayings, “If you’re going through hell, keep going!”View Post

Hi friends! Welcome back! I hope you’re having a great week! We had two good dental checkups yesterday and that’s a win in my book!
I can’t believe I’m already planning Jordan’s 5th birthday and James’ 11th! Had Jordan been born on her due date, her birthday would’ve been two days after James’.
My whole pregnancy I wondered if they would end up sharing a birthday, then she surprised us and arrived 2 1/2 weeks early. Two days before my birthday! 😉
I guess it runs in my family- my little brothers are six years and one day apart!View Post
Good morning friends! It’s the start of a fresh, new week and I’m excited about it! I started rereading Eat That Frog by Brian Tracy this weekend and it always motivates me to GSD! If you haven’t read it, I highly recommend it! It’s a quick, easy read and full of practical advice that you can begin implementing right away to start changing your life for the better! There’s even a version for students if you have a high schooler or college age kid.
Today, we’re looking forward to Valentine’s Day with 5 cute outfits.View Post
