Hi friends! Yesterday got off to such a rough start! I didn’t sleep well, Jordan didn’t have the right shoes for school and was refusing to go, and I was not my best self. I came home and chatted with y’all on Stories and that made me feel so much better – thank you! A shower, quick get ready, 20-minute tidy and some breakfast turned my mood around.
I also meditated for 10 minutes, a habit I’ve gotten away from, but desperately need to bring back. I find that when I feel like I don’t have the time to meditate for 10 minutes is when I need it the most!View Post
