Mother’s Day Gifts

Thank you to Kohl’s for sponsoring today’s post!

Hi friend!  Welcome to a brand new week!  I’m all starting the week strong and Mondays are great for that!  My favorite workout class is on Monday morning and I always leave in a better mood and with more energy than when I got there.

I hope y’all had a wonderful Easter weekend with your loved ones.  We had a wonderful day, kicked off with a 10 mile walk/jog.  I’ve never been one to go that distance, but something about reading David Goggins book has me ready to push my limits and see what I can really do.

And with the Easter holiday behind us, Mother’s Day is next and we’ll be getting to celebrate Mom is less than three weeks!

I love the opportunity to spoil my own mom.  She’s the best and we’re really close.  I guess we were destined to be close given that we’re just 17 years apart in age.  So different than me and Jordan, since I’m 41 years older than her! 🙂

Today, I’m partnering with Kohl’s and scoured their site for Mother’s day gift ideas.  I would be happy to receive any of these things, and perhaps you or your own mom would too!

And, be sure to take advantage of Kohl’s FLASH SALE! Everything is 20% off, online only with code: GET20

1 • This paper clip chain necklace is 14 karat gold and is more delicate than chunky. Was $200, now $68

2 • How cool is this?  It’s a portable lighted vanity mirror that also has a bluetooth speaker.  It will be perfect when traveling and you want to listen to music or a podcast while you get ready.  No wonder it’s a best seller! Was $69, now $59

3 • With Summer approaching, I’ve seen lots of straw tote bags, but none as cute as this one with the pink raffia hearts on it!  It has a magnetic closure and rose gold hardware. Was $59, now $35

4 • You can’t go wrong with diamonds! These 1/2 carat petite hoops will look as good at a high end event or for everyday. Was $295, now $127

5 • A cool take on the initial necklace- this one reads sideways in a simple, stylish font. It also comes in both gold and silver. Was $125, Now $42

6 • I’ve read rave reviews about the Herbivore brand that Kohl’s carries.  All of their products are vegan and cruelty free and the Coco Rose coconut oil body polish leaves your skin polished, hydrated and smelling sweet.

7 • If she prefers to unwind in the bath, Herbivore also has a Coconut Milk Bath Soak that moisturizes skin while she relaxes.

8 • This might be something Mom would love to have, but wouldn’t splurge on for herself. It’s the Drybar blow dryer brush that gives you a smooth and shiny blowout with just one tool.  You don’t have to fuss with trying to round brush hair into place while drying it!  It also comes with my favorite dry heat protectant spray (Hot Toddy), a prep spray, dry shampoo and shampoo and conditioner.

9 • If you’ve never used a jade roller, you’re missing out!  Not only does it depuff your face, it feels amazing on tired skin.  Even if you keep it in your bathroom drawer, the jade stays cool and feels so good as you roll it on your face.  I have one and need to get into the habit of using it more often.

10 • My own mom LOVES wearing a cozy robe and you may have heard the story about her wearing the long robe I bought her one year AS A CARDIGAN.  I finally had to tell her IT’S A ROBE!

11 • This shorts pajama set is comfortable perfect for warmer weather.  They’re menswear inspired with piping detail, but definitely have that soft feminine side.

12 • Holy moly!  A smart coffee mug that doesn’t just keep your coffee hot, it SETS IT AT YOUR PREFERRED DRINKING TEMPERATURE!  People are crazy for this baby and it has over 3,000 positive reviews.  Some people have three of them – some they keep at home, and another at work.  Unlike a regular coffee warming coaster, this mug actually gets hot at stays hot!

13 • I love to include slippers on my gift list because I know I wear slippers all day long since I work from home.  A pair like this with a durable sole is sturdy and easy to walk in, but you still get the comfortable quilted upper part. Was $45, now $28

14 • A cozy throw is always a good idea! This will be cuddle worthy or look good in a basket or at the end of her sofa. Was $69, now $44
