Hi friend! I hope your week is off to a great start!  My kids were off school yesterday and I had my yearly physical, so our Monday felt a little different.  I’m looking forward to this weekend already, it’s Super Bowl Sunday (find three healthy snacks here) and then Valentine’s Day the next day!
