Valentine’s Gifts For Her

Hi friend!  I was so surprised by how many of you read yesterday’s Q&A post.  It was my most read post this year by far!  In it, I answered your most asked questions like:

  • Is marriage in your future?
  • Where is the link to Rhonda’s chocolate chip cookies?
  • What are your macros?
  • Would you do another fitness competition?
  • Did Botox help your TMJ?
  • What would you change about your home?
  • Future travel plans?
  • Best leggings?
  • Book recommendations?

And so much more!  Go here for the answers!

VALENTINE’S GIFTS FOR HER

Today I have some cute Valentine’s Day treats for her.  Gifts you could give to someone special in your life or perhaps forward this post to your significant other.  Sometimes a little hint is extremely helpful!

Valentine's Gifts.2

Sandals • Chanel Perfume • Similar Pajamas • Earrings • Mascara • Hair Repair • Detangler • Cheek Contour Balm • Lip Set • Bracelet

Sandals • The braided sandals with a chunkier heel are back and in fun new colors too!  I wore my “cafe” pair often last year and am looking forward to wearing them again!  The chunkier heel makes them easier to walk in.

Chanel Perfume • I only have two scents in my perfume arsenal, this classic sexy scent and the Cheirosa body mist.  I tend to go with the body mist for everyday, and save the Chanel for special occasions like a date night.

Pajamas • The ultra soft Moonlight Dreams pajamas are out in two darling styles.  This navy with light blue dots, red hearts and red piping is too cute!  The other option is a vibrant, pretty solid red with white piping. They fit TTS and feel amazing on.

Earrings • These hoop earrings by Kendra Scott are so special with the little hearts on them!  You can get colorful hearts, or all gold, silver or rose gold.

Mascara • For a “stocking stuffer” type Valentine’s Day gift, I chose this mascara because the formula is great, giving you big, bold lashes, but how cute is the butterfly packaging?!

Olaplex No. 3 Hair Repair • I had run out of my Olaplex and was reordering, which made me think about gifting one to a friend.  It’s the only product of its kind that strengthens your hair from the inside out because it’s a bond builder as opposed to a traditional conditioner or hair mask.

Detangler • Jordan and I both use this detangling brush.  We keep it downstairs in the drawer by the breakfast room is someone needs to run a brush through their hair and doesn’t want to run back upstairs.  I like that there are no little balls at the end that make it difficult to clean.

Cheek Contour Balm • I’m so curious about this, it’s a moisturizing cheek balm that you apply directly to your cheeks and then blend in with your fingers. It’s 100% oil free and fragrance free, but gives you an instant glow!

Lip Set • I keep a set of Sugar Hydrating Mini lip balms in my desk drawer for when my lips need a bit of hydration/color.  I’m crazy for the new colors in this set!  The Coral and Icon look so fresh and pretty for Spring!

Bracelet • The Tory Burch Kira slide bracelet is equal parts delicate and statement making.  You can wear it alone or stack it with other arm candy.

Do you have plans for Valentine’s day?  I haven’t figured out what to get Brian yet, but I’m gonna do some thinking and I’ll share my ideas with you soon.

My kindergarten daughter’s class is exchanging Valentine’s cards and she picked out this set with the unicorns and rainbow pencils.  The cards that came with glow stick lightsabers were a close second!

  1. Maybe you have answered this question before, but my main question is ‘do you keep all the clothes you order and post about???’

    1. That’s a good question too Stacy! I’ve answered it in a previous Q&A, but the short answer is no, I don’t keep everything. I have to consistently order new ‘inventory’ to share on my blog (and I pay for it myself), so much of it gets returned. I want to keep things fresh for you and show you the new things that are out and different ways to style them, but there’s no way I could keep everything- it would just be too much. I do keep favorite items that I know I’ll wear time and time again. I love wearing things that I feel good and confident in.

  2. Hey Megan! Happy February. I loved the Q& A. The Better Than Sex mascara is one of my favs (I also like They’re Real if you haven’t tried it). The Kendra Scott hoops are too cute and would be a great addition to the jewelry I have by her. I’m excited for V-Day this year because it’s our 30th one as a couple. We’ve been married 28 years. I made reservations at Capital Grille and I’ll probably book a hotel room since we have to drive over an hour to the restaurant. Next month maybe a foot scrub and body glow to get ready for peeling off these winter clothes. Have a great day on purpose! Love the pic in stripes below…too cute!

    1. Contrats on 30 years! That’s amazing! Capital Grille sounds yummy- I think we’re going to North Italia for Italian food! I also love this – “have a great day on purpose”. I’m gonna tell my kids that too! 😉

  3. I made Rhonda’s cookies back at Thanksgiving and according to my kids, they are the yummiest cookies ever! Thanks to you and Rhonda for sharing!
