Fall Fashion at Walmart

Hi friend!  Welcome back to my blog and hello if you’re new here!  It’s a fresh, new week and Houston weather is showing off for it! We had a glorious cool front blow in on Friday night and the weekend was in the mid 70’s during the day and mid 50’s at night.

That was a much needed reprieve from the 90s we had before that!  Houston is always slow to get the Fall memo, but when it does, it feels SO GOOD!

FALL FASHION | ALL AT WALMART

Today I have new pieces and outfits to share with you from Walmart.  Over the last couple of years, I’ve found so many things that I’m truly smitten with.  Remember this faux leather jacket?  It’s been restocked and is a steal at just $40.  I’m also loving this quilted bag.

If you go to the main Walmart homepage, and scroll down to Women’s Clothing, you’ll immediately see some really cute things- including a holiday line that’s specifically designed for sizes 14-28.

Two Walmart fashion brands to look for are Scoop and Time and Tru.  Both are on trend and well made!

For Size Reference: I’m a shorty (5’1) and petite, weighing about 110.  I typically wear size 0p/25 jeans, XS in tops and dresses.

Thank you for the kind compliments on this outfit in my dining room table post.  I like how this top and skirt are separates that you can wear together to create a chic, no brainer outfit.  The pieces are a comfortable ribbed knit and I got the color “red” but it’s more of a plum in person.  You could definitely mix and match these pieces and wear the sleeveless mock neck top with jeans or pants.  The asymmetric skirt would also look great with a sweater.

I’ve had good luck with the Sofia Vergara jeans at Walmart too.  They are comfortable with a flattering fit and hug your curves in all the right places.  She has lots of styles to choose from, including mid rise, high rise, skinny, straight leg, wide leg and more.  This pair is a dark wash with chewed hem.  The short sizes fit me best, but they were out of that when I ordered so I just cuffed the hem up.

The top is a great combo of sweatshirt meets short sleeve tee. But the puff sleeve and exposed seaming make it extra cute!

A peplum top is always a good idea, and I’m really liking this long sleeve tee version.  It has functional buttons down the front and comes in solid colors too- the blue and matcha are really pretty.

Ooh, now this is my kinda pullover!  It’s that soft, cozy wubby fleece that you just want to cuddle up in all day.  This “rosewood” pink is on the coral side, and it also comes in taupe, burgundy, and black.

If you like these cozy types of tops, get this velour pullover!  It’s also a hoodie!

Of course I had to get the striped top too.  This one has drop shoulders and a more boxy fit that looks great with a front tuck.  The little front pocket is cute too!
