I’m always exhausted and never seem to make the time or be consistent with this, and as a single mom, it’s really bringing down my self-confidence : (
I have it too! You may be like me and have diastasis recti (ab separation) after having kids. There are lots of exercises we can do to bring the abs back together and that helps reduce the pooch.
