Amazon Home and Patio Refresh

Hi friends!  I hope you had a wonderful weekend and even better Mother’s Day.  We spent the day in Galveston at the beach with my family (and Brian!) and it was so fun to have everyone together.  We are a small, but super tight group and I love watching the kids grow up together. ♥

James loves hanging out with his two girl cousins that are his age and Jordan’s little BFF is her cousin CJ, who’s 6 months younger.  They are two peas in a pod and I can’t get enough of their cuteness!

And we have a baby in the group, who’s not such a baby anymore!  This was Carter’s first time to the beach and he loved it!

We were all exchanging photos in a group text when we got home and saying how happy we are to be so close and we plan to continue these get-togethers this summer!

This big chair is at Stewart Beach in Galveston.  We went there because they have an area where you can shower off the sand when you’re done at the beach. Such a lifesaver when you or your kids have sand in places you didn’t knew existed!

Then, we headed across the street to Russo’s Pizza for lunch.  And of course, my favorite, LA Kings Confectionary for ice cream. Java Chip is my fave;)

1| Round Mirror • I’m crazy for the sleek modern design of this round, gold mirror. You could use this in an entry space, hallway, bathroom or bedroom.  If gold doesn’t go with your decor, it comes in several other colors.

2 | Lanterns • These cloche lanterns come in a set of two, a large and small. Add your favorite pillar candle or leave them empty for a minimal look.

3 | Chandelier • This beaded chandelier is stunning and adds a bit of bohemian style to your dining space or bedroom.  I have a similar one in Jordan’s room and it really makes the space!

4 | Books • These decorative books made my Goodies last month!  They are so cool with real (blank) pages so you could even write in them if you wanted to!  They look great on a bookshelf or side table.

5 | Lamps • I keep moving these lamps around in my house- Jordan’s playroom, her bedroom and the entryway, but I think the entryway will win out.  The white is fresh and pretty, while the texture on them gives them added interest.

6 | Beads • Wooden beads are such an easy way to add a natural, decorative element to a room. I have mine in my living room on top of a stack of books, but you could put them around a vase, in a bowl, on a shelf, wherever!

7 | Mini Plants • These are perfect for those who want the beauty of nature without the maintenance! These concrete planters with faux greenery are perfect for a bookcase filler or side table and I like the round shape.  They look great in person!

8 | Faux Plant • Real Fiddle Leaf Figs are very temperamental and need a lot of natural light.  That’s why I love the beauty of this faux one.  It looks really life-life and you can’t kill it!

9 | Throw • Ya’ll! Here’s another one of my Goodies! Still a favorite at my house and I love the elegant design. It looks so expensive, but isn’t!  I think it would also look great in Brian’s living room.

10 | Wire Bowl • Those wooden beads from earlier would work draped in this bowl or you could use it to hold fruit in you kitchen!

11 | Basket • I placed this petite basket in Jordan’s playroom and I love the rope design and fringe! Its perfect for little trinkets or you could add the potted faux plant above to it!

12 | Rug • A jute rug is a timeless and combines style and function.  This one has over 11,000 positive reviews and comes in several sizes.

13 | Pillow • This textured pillow looks so good in person and has a moroccan vibe with lots of texture. It’s also a great price!
