Hi friends!  Welcome to a fresh, new week!  Did you have a good Valentine’s Day?  Brian gave me the most beautiful red roses I’ve ever seen. They are so big and fully opened and just gorgeous.  He had them delivered and I was so surprised!  Usually when my doorbell rings, it’s cardboard boxes or a bunch of kiddos. 🙂

I gave him a heart-shaped box of chocolate caramels and wrote him a card.  It was our first Valentine’s Day together and so lovely to just be in each other’s lives.  I hope you had a wonderful day and felt the love.

We’re bracing for extremely cold temps in Houston- record breaking, in fact! It’s supposed to even snow!  Schools are closed the next two days and everyone is bundling up, covering their pipes (thank you Brian!) and staying inside.  Of course, we will be putting on layers and heading outside if we do get snow.  It’s a rarity here and the kids are GIDDY!

Today I’m sharing some of my daily beauty routine items and all of them are available on Amazon PRIME!  I love the convenience of being able to shop online all at one place and having my order arrive so quickly!

Let’s start with Olaplex Hair Perfector No. 3.  Since I started using this consistently, my broken bangs have grown out and overall, my hair looks so healthy!  If you color your hair, especially with bleach like I do, the struggle is real! The delicate part around my hairline was all broken and so short.  Now, I’ve been able to grow it out to my chin!

My hairdresser always used Olaplex when I’d get my hair done, but I wasn’t using it at home.  Now, I’m religious about it.  You apply it to your damp hair and leave it on, then shampoo and condition like usual.  It’s a bond builder that repairs the broken/damaged bonds of your hair from the inside.

During the Amazon Prime sale, I finally purchased the T3 hair dryer and curling irons and I’m so happy with both of them!

I’m crazy for the hairdryer and how gently and quickly it blow dries my hair.  Not only is it sleek and gorgeous, it has 3 temperature settings, 2 speeds, and cool shot.

When I blow dry my hair, sometimes I round brush it if I want it really voluminous and full.  Other times, if I’m in a hurry and don’t want to take my time, I just bend my body over, and dry my hair upside down.  This creates a lot of volume and the T3 hair dryer is designed to give you a smooth blowout with less frizz.

It comes with 2 nozzles, a long cord that allows you extra movement, and is on the quiet side.  I love this hair dryer so much that I donated my old one.  I’ve been using it for the last 6 months and it’s still working good as new.  I imagine I’ll be using it for many years to come.

I bought both the 1-inch and 1.25 inch and use both of them depending on the way I want my hair to look that day.  For more versatility, I’d go with the 1/25 inch.

This is my favorite curling iron I’ve ever used and I use it nearly everyday- even if it’s just to touch up my hair.  It has 5 heat settings and you just twist the bottom to increase the heat.  I use it on level 1 or 2, for my fine hair.  It gets hot, but I don’t have to worry about it burning my fingers if I touch it.

The grip is also really nice and the clamp is easy to use.  I love the long barrel and the way it curls my hair.  You can see my hair curling tutorial here.

I couldn’t live without my ride or die texturizing spray.  It’s the best one I’ve tried and gives your hair all those textured, sexy vibes.  Simply spray up into your hair, wherever you want more volume and texture.  It’s what takes your hair from boring to bam!  I legit panic when I’m running low on this!

Let’s move onto makeup.  I absolutely love how adding concealer under my eyes, down the bridge of my nose and between my brows brightens up my face.  It gives you that ‘lit from within’ look without looking all made up.  The consistency of this Charlotte Tilbury concealer is the best I’ve found and perfect for skin that isn’t in it’s 20s.  It doesn’t settle into fine lines like some thicker formulas tend to.

I also like the sponge applicator. To dispense the product, you just twist the bottle and the product is released into the little sponge tip.  I dot along the areas of my face I want to apply it, then use this blending brush to smooth it all in.  It’s the first thing I do to my face (after cleansing and moisturizing) when I get ready for the day.  This step alone makes me feel instantly better!

I’ve worn both shades 2 and 3, but I’m liking 2 better lately- it’s lighter.

My eyebrows are microbladed, but I still fill them in.  I often use the Anastasia Beverly Hill Brow Wiz pencil in taupe.  It’s a small tip brow pencil that you brush onto your brows in little hair-like strokes.  I love the precision you get with this pencil and you don’t need a sharpener, just twist up!  Having your brows filled in makes such a difference to your face.  Don’t skip this step!

If you want to make your eyes look bright and wide awake (even when you’re on the struggle bus from your almost 5-year old fighting sleeping in her own bed), use this!  It’s a white eye pencil you put in your waterline to make your eyes look whiter and brighter.  It’s nice and opaque and doesn’t go away the minute you put it on.  It makes you look like you got a couple extra hours of sleep!  Magic in a pencil!

I’ve found my signature nail color. It’s all I’ve been wearing lately and I love the ease of having a go-to color that looks so fresh and pretty- all year round!  This one is “Lisbon Wants Moor.”  It’s the perfect shade of pale pink with some white in it, but still more on the pink side.  Just beautiful!!

I’ve been getting a ‘dip’ manicure at my salon lately and wearing my nails slightly longer.  They’re shaped narrow/square with a slightly rounded edge.  I like that I can wear this manicure for three weeks before I need to get them done again.

Winter is definitely causing more dry skin issues.  I’ve been doing my winter skin care saver ritual religiously and drinking tons of water.  I also started using this cuticle oil on my nails and it’s awesome!  It comes with a little dropper and you just drop the oil onto your cuticle and gently massage in.  You can use it daily or as often as you like. It’s plant based with natural ingredients and the bottle will last forever!

I also like to put this on my toes, with this extra moisturizing cream, putting on socks and going to bed.  I wake up with super soft feet and my toes don’t freeze during the night!

I had to try this lip mask after hearing my girlfriend rave about it for our Favorite Things party this year.   Until then, I had been using this one, which I still really like too!

The main difference between the two is the consistency.  The Laneige goes on smooth and creamy, while the Tatcha is more on the ‘sticky’ side.  I do like the little round tub the Tatcha comes in, but the Laneige comes with a darling little scoop brush.  I got the berry flavor and it’s just a hint of scent, not overpowering at all.  It’s nice and soothing and perfect for applying every night.

I’m fanatical about oral health ever since working at a dental office in high school.  My dentist recommended an Oral B toothbrush several years ago and I got this one on Amazon.  I’ve been using it ever since!  I just change out the brush heads every so often.  It holds a charge for two weeks, and when you need to recharge, you just set it on the base and plug in it.

It’s so awesome and comes with several different settings (Daily Clean, Gum Care, Sensitive, Whitening, and Pro Clean) and they light up to let you know what setting you’re on.  It will also buzz after 30 seconds, altering you it’s time to switch quadrants, making sure you get a full two-minutes of brushing.

This toothbrush is on the pricey side, but it’s really worth it.  Of course, I chose the rose gold.
