Tuesday Goodies | October

Hi friends!  Thank you so much for the love on our Thanksgiving dining room!  It felt like it took forever to redecorate the room, but now that it’s done, I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!  It’s the first room you see when you enter our home, so it’s really nice to have it all prettied up!

Tuesday Goodies

I’ve been sharing little goodies on Instagram Stories every Tuesday, but I wanted to share here too in case you missed any.  These goodies are nothing extravagant, just little things that make life a bit sweeter.  Hence the title! 😉 These are things I find useful in my day-to-day life, and you might too.

I’ll save all of the Goodies on my blog here, so you can reference them every week.   I’ll also save them to a Story Highlight called “Goodies” so you can see them “live” and in action.

Ginger Jar • When Brian and I were shopping at Homegoods the other day, I found this gorgeous ginger jar and got so many requests for a link.  I found this nearly identical one on Amazon and it’s huge- 18 inches!  It makes such a pretty statement and I’ve started collecting them!  They mix in beautifully with holiday decor too!

Pullover • Gimme all the cozy fleece!! This pullover is perfect for our chilly change in temps! It’s a polar fleece lined pullover that is so super soft and comfortable, and looks great with jeans or with leggings.

Oil Absorbing Sheets • I tend to get oily at my cheeks and forehead, and prefer these oil absorbing sheets to applying more powder.  You just press one sheet onto your shiny skin and it absorbs all the oil!  I use one a day and keep a pack in my purse for quick touch ups.

Packable Travel Bags • These packable travel cubes are so cute with the pink leopard print.  They come in a pack of three different sizes, plus three laundry bags and a shoe bag.

Crest White Strips • These little babies are my secret to whiter teeth!  I love how they stick securely to your teeth and brighten in one use.  I usually wear them for 30 minutes for two days in a row, then it’ll be several months before I do it again.  They really work!   I used them this week!

Duffle Bag • This weekend duffle bag is durable and cute! I also love that it has a back sleeve that slides right over your luggage handle, so it can sit on your suitcase while you’re pulling it. It’s the perfect size for carrying everything you need for a weekend getaway (16 x 12 x 8 inches) and is made of durable canvas and faux leather.

Sharpie Pen • My favorite pens of all time. ♥ I use them for everyday writing and in my calendars/planners and they don’t bleed through.

2020 Ornament • Oh what a year it’s been and this ornament sums it up with a laugh.  I was surprised when mine arrived weeks earlier than I expected.  Use the 10% off coupon!

Crossbody Bag • This crossbody saddle bag is gorgeous! The detail on it is really good and it looks so expensive but is under $36! It’s nice and roomy inside with one main compartment, a zipper pocket, and two slot pockets.  Under the front flap is another pocket. That’s where I like to keep my phone for easy access.  I really like this brown one I got, but the black and grey were equally as good!  See it styled here.

Slip on Sneakers • I was so happy to find these slip on sneakers on Amazon.  They are literally so cushiony and comfortable!  If you have a walking trip, I promise you can wear these all day and your feet will thank you.  They’re cute too and come in more colors! They fit TTS.

Keychain Wristlet • If you’re going for a walk or running an errand and don’t want to bring your entire bag or wallet, this little keychain wristlet is a great idea! It holds your main ID and cards, plus has a zip pocket for cash.  And I love how the O-ring wristlet fits around your wrist or you can carry it in hand.

White Dinner Plates • I’ve been so happy with our basic white dinner plates from Amazon.  They are perfectly simple and chic and I can add them to any kind of tablescape decor.  They’re 10.5 inches and safe in the microwave and dishwasher.

White Knife Set • This white knife set is not only functional, it’s so pretty on my kitchen counter.  These have become my everyday knives and they chop up a storm.  Even Brian remarked how much he likes them!

Lip Mask • This is the lip mask I’m obsessed with!  I keep it in my top bathroom drawer and apply it every night!

Microwave Plate Cover • Y’all have probably heard me rave about this before, but I swear this thing makes my life so much easier by preventing all those microwave messes!

Belts • This set of 4 belts goes with everything from jeans to over dresses and sweaters.  One of my most worn accessories for sure!

Sports Bras • These criss cross sports bras were a happy find.  They keep the girls up and looks super cute from behind.

Tea Towels • I finally got a set of Fall tea towels and these are darling.  Nice and absorbent too.

Bag Organizer • If I want to get irritated in a hurry, it’s by having to search and rumble through a mess to find what I’m looking for in my purse.  This tote organizer slips into your tote and keep everything all neat and tidy!

Herb Scissors • These are on the list of “nice to have, but not essential” however, they sure come in handy when trying to chop up pesky herbs like parsley and cilantro.  They make everything more uniform so you don’t have giant chunks of parsley in your dinner.

Necklace • They took the guesswork out of layering necklaces with this gold set.  Use the clasp below so they don’t get tangled.

Layered Necklace Clasp • If you like the look of layered necklaces, but they tend to get all tangled on your neck, this is a genius solution.  The clasp is very well made and lets you layer three necklaces with no tangles!

Sweater Shaver • It’s sweater weather!  If you have sweaters that are pilling, don’t toss them!  Use this battery operated sweater shaver to get all those fuzzies off.  It works like a charm and makes your sweaters look good as new!
