Hi friends! How was your weekend? I had a great one, lots of adult time with Brian while the kids weren’t with me. We went out to dinner, stayed in, meal prepped and even did a few things around the house. I love that he’s handy and likes to be helpful. Suuuuper sweet!!

BLACK JEANS
Now that our temps have dropped, I’ve been reaching for these high waist black jeans more and more. I wore them this weekend with this ruffled peplum camisole (50% off) on Saturday night and felt great in them!
The jeans have a 9-inch high waist, zip fly in a rich, dark black color. They are ultra flattering and go with everything, especially the blouse and booties in this month’s Loves.

I just ordered this Madewell blouse and can’t wait for it to arrive. This peplum style looks great on everyone and it will be versatile for several occasions, from work to weekend. Bonus, it’s 30% off!

I bought these booties at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale this year and am so happy with them! They’re amazing quality, so chic and I love the style.
They have a 3 1/2 inch block heel that isn’t too chunky, and easy to walk in. You can slip your feet in, and they have a back zipper.

The black pair have come in especially handy lately, here’s a few ways to wear them- with everything from dresses to black or blue jeans, or leggings.
EARRINGS
How cool are these evil eye earrings?! I wore them on date night this weekend and they are such a statement maker! The detail on them is gorgeous and they didn’t hurt my ears.;)
MAMA NECKLACE
When I was out of town visiting my girlfriend Trisa, we popped into a boutique and I immediately fell in love with this delicate “mama” necklace. It’s delicate and charming and reminds me of my kids. ♥

WRAP BRACELET
I typically wear my gold beaded bracelets on my left wrist with my watch and a wrap bracelet on my right wrist. Victoria Emerson is always coming out with new styles and I found several I’m smitten with right now.
The freshwater pearl wrap bracelet goes with everything and I like the little gold beads on this one with the natural wrap. Regularly $44, now $24.
