Just (the Best) Sales

Good morning friends!  Yay for mid-week!  It’s usually the toughest day of the week here after going hard Monday and Tuesday, and so you know how I make it easier?  Leftovers!  Yep, I’m declaring Wednesdays leftovers night.  Leftovers or slow cooker, whatever’s easier!

And actually, if I’m in a rut with my meal planning or super busy, I’ve been doing:

Meatless Monday (usually roasted veggies)

Taco Tuesday (any Mexican variety) or Italian

Leftover Wednesdays

Dad’s choice Thursdays

Pizza & Movie night Fridays

How simple is that?  Feel free to try it at your house and let me know how it goes!

  1. Your theme nights for dinners are really similar to what I’ve done in the past. My Meatless Mondays often ended up being some type of pasta dish (with meatless crumbles from the freezer aisle), and I’d use Dreamfields pasta because it’s low glycemic-index but tastes exactly like “regular” pasta.
I agree that Wednesdays can feel like the most difficult night of the week – for my family, that’s often Breakfast for Dinner night. 🙂

  2. Can you link your bag? I know you have in the past, but search functions and I don’t get along! Need and got that belt!
