Hi friends! How’s your week going? I made it to my 6-month dental checkup yesterday and got a physical recently, so I’m feeling pretty good about taking care of myself. We spend so much time taking care of others that we can tend to forget about ourselves!
Thankfully, my physical had good results, but if it hadn’t, it would be good to know so I could make changes now! I never want to take my health for granted.

The GFD Guide also comes with 4 weeks of workouts, the 7-day reset, and several printables to track your progress and help you plan your day, and set goals.
