FEBRUARY REWIND

Wow! January lasted forever and February was over in a blink!  Can you believe we’re already in March tomorrow?!  It was shortest month, but we certainly stayed busy!

FEBRUARY REWIND

Mine and Jordan’s birth month also happens to include Valentine’s Day. I put together a little wishlist of items I’m wanting this year!

I ended up gifting James the mini bluetooth speaker and it has amazing sound for only being the size of a coffee pod! And a great price too!  He also got the blanket (in blue) so he could have one of his own. You’d be surprised how much an 8-year old boy loves that thing!

  1. Best thing for sinus infections, whether it is viral, allergy induced, bacterial, whatever – is: nasal saline rinses twice daily and intranasal steroid spray, such as Flonase. For the nasal saline rinses, you can just squirt sterile saline up your nostrils. You don’t have to go full nettipot if you don’t like doing that. Add some Mucinex into the mix as that is helpful to thin mucous to make it easier to move/drain. Some congestion will linger as that is always the case, but your symptoms will be well managed as you are waiting for the precipitating cause (virus, allergies) to clear.
