Something about December and the holidays causes all rational food behavior to go out the window and it’s suddenly gimme everything I want and ALL the sugary desserts. I 100% went overboard on my eating in December and woke up on January 1 feeling lethargic, bloated, and heavy. Happy new year! Well, that’s actually right because I know for sure that even when we get off course or indulge, we can take control of our lives and health at any moment, starting RIGHT NOW!
Everything is a choice and once you commit to making healthy decisions, the results start to build on themselves. I’ve seen it first hand when I took 12 weeks to prepare for a fitness competition and again during our two 30-day fitness challenges this year.
Those 30-day challenges got me in the habit of moving 20 minutes everyday and it felt so good!

It’s been so amazing to have y’all on board with those fitness challenges this year. Your enthusiastic participation and our common goal of getting healthy and in shape prompted me to want to create something we can do together year round. I’m so thrilled to be partnering with Cari Shoemate on our fitness eBook that will launch at the end of this month!

Our goal for this fitness eBook is for it to be a motivational and informative guide to help you reach your fitness goals so that you look and feel AMAZING! But I know it takes more than just knowing what to do, so, along with a four week detailed meal plan, grocery list and effective workouts, we’ll give you the tools to make sure you can plan for and commit to the program.
We’ll help you get organized so that you can fit these workouts into your already busy day. We all have a million things going on, but if you’re ready for a change, you have to do things differently.

This week we’ll be shooting the workout photos for our eBook, so that every exercise is clearly demonstrated for you! These workouts are no joke, but you can modify them to meet your current fitness level.
Like I said, I haven’t been feeling my best since indulging in all.the.things over the holidays, but I’m using our eBook to help get back in shape. More importantly, I always FEEL better when I’m eating well and exercising!
