EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

Hi friends!  It’s a super exciting day over here and I couldn’t wait to share more of this with you!  There’s been a few sneak peeks on Stories and a mention on my blog, but today, I finally get to officially announce that I’m partnering with 8 wonderful bloggers and Gibson Look to launch a special holiday collection at Nordstrom!

As I type this sentence I can hardly believe it’s true!  

I’m both humbled and amazed to be part of such an exciting collaboration.  When I started blogging 8 years ago, I never dreamed that this is where it would lead me.  I’m 100% aware that it’s only because of your readership and support that these opportunities come my way, so from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!  I love and appreciate you more than you know.

ABOUT THE GIBSON X GLAM HOLIDAY COLLECTION

Now, let me tell you a little bit more about what you can expect from the dazzling Gibson x Glam collection!  We will have everything you need to get ready for a holiday party, girls night out, date night, office extravaganza, or fancy holiday photos!  I know we all love a chance to dress up once in awhile and this collection will be perfect for outfitting you from head to toe so you look all fancy and feel super cute!

The collection will launch at Nordstrom on November 12, so mark your calendars!  I’ll be sharing more along the way, so be sure to subscribe to my blog via email so you get first dibs on all the news and spectacular pieces!

THE COOLEST PART

One thing that is unique about this holiday collection is that each of us gals got to have a special a piece named after us.  What that means is that when the collection launches at Nordstrom, there will be an item called “The Megan”.  #saywhat?!

I chose this piece and style with YOU in mind and I hope you love it as much as I do!  It’s something that will be flattering on everyone and can be dressed up or down.  I cannot wait to hear what you think about it when I get to show it to you!

But honestly, I’ve seen and tried on the entire collection and every.single.thing is something you will want!  It’s all really good!

The BLOGGERS PARTICIPATING

It’s so fun to be doing this collection with a group of my ‘real life’ friends.  We chat on the daily and I wouldn’t want to do blogging without them!  The only person I haven’t met in person yet is Rachel, but we also are texting buds, so I can’t wait to meet her in person!

I’m flying to LA this morning to shoot the collection so it will be awesome to all be in one place for a change. I’ll be sharing my trip to LA with you on Stories, so you can see the behind the scenes!

GIBSON CLOTHING LINE

I know you guys are Gibson fans too, but you might not know that there is a real (fabulous) woman behind the line, Suzie Turner, that founded it in 2008.  She is just wonderful in person and so bright and fun and innovative.

And in case you need a refresher of her clothing line, she is the genius behind this happy Summer collection with my friend Cassie . . .

You have to check out the Maroma halter top that’s now out in new FALL colors! I’m a huge fan of the “beige red, black dot” color.  It would look great worn now with black jeans and tan booties.

This pink front twist top is built with a faux mini front tuck, so you instantly get that look without having to worry about whether you got that tuck right! 😉  The scarf is an old fave in a new color.  Aren’t these soft pastels pretty for Fall?

The sweatshirt with the tie sleeves built right in is always a fan favorite.  It comes in more colors, but the grey and pink are my faves.

Isn’t this cowl neck split top adorable?!  You can wear the split in the front or in the back, the tag is on the side! It’s in their signature ultra soft material that you just want to snuggle in all day!
