HWH 30-DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE – ROUND 2
Mark your calendars friends! The challenge will officially launch on September 4 (right after Labor Day weekend), but I wanted to fill you in now so that you have access to everything you need to prepare!
September 4, 2018 – October 3, 2018 (30 days)
The challenge will be similar to the first one, with a few tweaks. We’ll focus on food, exercise, and wellness. I’m looking into a new, easier way to log your exercise and will provide you with a cute FREE printable you can use at home to track your workouts.

When I read your feedback from the first challenge, almost all of you said that you want a weekly meal plan to help you get your diet in check and to make the most of the challenge. This time, I’ve partnered with certified personal trainer and fitness expert Cari Shoemate to provide detailed weekly meal plans throughout the 30 days.
Sign up for my Weekend Newsletter and get the first meal plan in your email on Saturday, September 1. That will give you time to grocery shop and get prepared for the September 4th start date.
A new meal plan will be delivered each week via the Weekend Newsletter until the challenge ends.

I’m so excited to get our wonderful community together in a place where we can all chat and share healthy tips, recipes, workouts and more. We had people from all over the world join in the first HWH Fitness Challenge and I wanted y’all to be able to see each other and cheer each other on!

Sports Bra for Running • Y’all have heard me raving about this sports bra for years! It’s extremely supportive (no more doubling up sports bras to run) with comfortable, adjustable velcro shoulder straps. It’s TTS and fits according to your bra size with hook and eye closures.
Training Shoe • Built for performance and agility, this ultra-lightweight training shoe features a stretchy upper bootie layered in engineered mesh for a custom, targeted fit. I like this shoe so much I have it in two colors, but there’s 9 to choose from. They fit TTS.

Visor • When I run outside, I wear this visor to protect my face from the sun. It velcro closes in the back and you can adjust it to fit the size of your head.
No Show Socks • These breathable socks stay put with little silicone grips on the bottom and they stay hidden.
Ankle Socks • If you want more ankle protection, I like these low cut performance socks.
Great Workout Bra • For weight workouts, group classes and low impact sports, this sports bra is great. It has adjustable, criss-cross straps, moisture wicking fabric to keep you cool, and the neckline isn’t too high or too low.
Crop Leggings • Zella leggings are my go-to. They are built to last forever and the quality is outstanding. This pair is a comfortable midrise with Zeltec moisture wicking fabric that dries quickly. The wide wasitband is ultra flattering for your tummy.
Lined Shorts • For running, I opt for lined, lightweight shorts with a stretchy wide waistband. This pair has a zip pocket in the back and hidden inner front pocket. You can also get them on Amazon and I found this pair in my Amazon fashion haul.
