Eat, cozy, clean and organize!  That pretty much sums up yesterday! We spent the better part of the day in pajamas, then got motivated to start cleaning up the gigantic mess left by a good Christmas and even organized the playroom, James’ room, AND the toys in the living room!  I guess it’s the big annual clean-up, because we did the same thing last year, but on that day last year, we took down the Christmas decor too.  I think we’ll get around part to that next weekend! I’m not ready to let it go yet- plus, I don’t have the energy yet to take everything down!

I also started browsing the after Christmas online sales with a special eye on the Nordstrom Half Yearly Sale with markdowns up to 60% on women, men and kids!  It’s not as fabulous as the Anniversary Sale- but there are still some great deals!  Time to cash in those gift cards, ladies!! #thankyouverymuch

This tee is an everyday casual fave that looks especially cute with a mini front tuck.  It fits TTS.

I’m a big fan of a boatneck top and this sweatshirt looks cozy and cute with a nod to nautical with the blue and white stripes.

This darling pair of OTK boots has been drastically reduced and the quality is very good on them.  I tried them on during the Anniversary sale and came close to buying them, but I couldn’t buy everything I wanted!

Barefoot Dreams Cozy Cardigan

This one tops my list of favorites finds in 2017 too!  I can’t believe it took me so long to get on the Barefoot Dreams train!  I wear this cardigan both lounging around the house and as another layer outside.  It’s the coziest thing and I love it so much I bought it for my BFFs, Mom, SIL and MIL!  I even bought the leopard throw blanket (20% off now) and my mom got the long robe for Christmas!

This cardigan is lightweight and the longer length is super elongating, even for a short girl! ?  It comes in regular & petite and so many pretty colors! I’m wearing XSP.  Now of course, I want the pale pink one!

This tunic is adorable and has a red hem detail.  It’s also long enough for leggings. #Yaaaaasss  I’m wearing regular XS.

Burnout Sweatshirt

You guys definitely share my love of cozy and this burnout sweatshirt has that super kitteny-soft inside!  It runs big, so size down for a slimmer fit.

T-Shirt Dress

Red Dress

This little va-va voom dress was in the running for Valentine’s Day and y’all voted YES for it!  It’s under $50 ? and also comes in black and navy. Fits TTS with lots of stretch, I’m wearing XS.

AG Jeans

These jeans keep coming in and out of stock, but if you’ve been here long, you know they are my fave for making you look long and lean.  They fit TTS without any gaping in the waist and because they have a raw edge hem, you can trim them to you desired length with scissors.

Crop Joggers

These joggers are the ultimate in comfort for running around or just piddling around the house on the weekend.  They are super lightweight with a stretchy waistband, tie waist and zip pockets.  I got lucky and scored the black crop joggers in XXS, but I’m wearing XS in the green and they’re a little big on me.

Boyfriend Shorts

This pair of jean shorts were probably my most worn item of clothing in 2017.  They were just that perfectly worn in short that went with everything during our super hot Houston summer. They were sold out forever, but I saw they just got restocked in a couple of sizes.

Slip On Sneakers

These slip on sneaks have also been worn to death, but they’re still in great shape because the quality is there.  They passed the walking around in NYC test with flying colors and you can wear them with or without socks.

Nike Flyknit Sneaker 

I became a huge fan of the flyknit sneaker a few years ago when I was running a lot.  When I run at home, I’m jogging on the street or sidewalk, and that can be really hard on your feet, ankles, knees, back, etc.  But, when I started running in these shoes, I felt so much more cushioned. It doesn’t feel like you’re running barefoot or like most of my shoes that feel very protective, but more stiff; this shoe feels cushiony, but still very stable.  It’s my favorite running shoe I’ve tried by far.  The pink are sold out, but the black are still available.

Y’all loved this swimsuit and I do too! In fact, seeing this picture from our trip to New Orleans is making ready for Spring/Summer again!

Hands down, the.best. strapless bra I’ve ever tried!  It stays put and actually keeps the girls up.  With this bra, your wardrobe options open up considerably! I’ve had mine for several years now and it’s still going strong.  I wash it in the regular washing machine and if I remember I’ll take it out and lay it flat to dry, but it’s usually 50/50 that I remember.  This is the bra I wear with anything I don’t want the possibility of straps showing, especially strapless tops and dresses.  You’ll really thank me on this one! Wear it with off-shoulder sweaters, dresses, and cold shoulder tops.
