The Best Things on Black Friday Sale!

Hi friends! Are you feeling loved and full?! I hope so! I’m back home from a really nice time at my sis-n-law’s house for Thanksgiving.  She’s a great cook, so she did all the heavy lifting and served us a very tasty Thanksgiving dinner, complete with smoked turkey, cornbread dressing, green beans, and cranberry sauce.  And the desserts were awesome- chocolate pie with homemade whip cream, pumpkin cheesecake, and pecan pie!  You know it’s a good one where everyone naps afterward!  Jordan hasn’t been feeling well since yesterday, and she went right down in the pack-n-play for a long nap!  And she’s already down for the night, so hopefully, she’s good as new tomorrow!

Now of course, I’m settled in my Christmas pajamas browsing the Black Friday sales, and I want to give you the best of the best, since it’s Sale Overload right now! I worked hard to narrow it down to the things I thought were the best deals and the most sought-after items and have a TOP 10, okay 12! (too many good things!!) list for you with honorable mentions below! Let’s go!

Let’s start with one of the things I know you are MOST wanting this year for Christmas- the Barefoot Dreams cozy cardigan!! Although the circle cardigan I have is still full-price (boo!), it’s sister- the ESSENTIAL CARDIGAN is marked down to under $100!  It’s as soft as you can imagine, and trust me, it’ll be the first thing you reach for everyday when you get home and also want to wear all weekend.  I recently realized (duh!) that you definitely can wear it outdoors too.

Nordstrom Rack has all the cozy Barefoot Dreams Throw Blankets on sale for under $50!  We have one on our couch and it’s the blanket we all want to cuddle up with everyday! The solid ones are really pretty too!  The blankets and cardigan also machine wash very well.

Hunter Rain Boots are on sale for 40% off, making them under $100!!  Now is definitely the time to pick these up if you don’t have a pair already!  You will get so much wear out of them and wonder how you lived without them for so long!  I not only love them for rainy days, but also for cold days and muddy ball fields.

Next up, my tried and true Adidas Gazelle Sneaker– they are a gorgeous shade of pink and super cute for running weekend errands.  I sized down half for the best fit and wear these no-show socks with them. The shoes were $90, now only $53!

But I’m also lusting after this pale pink Tory Burch bag (it also comes in tan).  I love the classic shape and style and of course, the inside with all the compartments for keeping things organized and where they belong! It was $295 and now is $206. Santa, are you listening??

These booties have been my very favorite when I don’t want the exposed peep toe.  They are extremely comfortable and you can wear them without a sock or with a no-show sock. I love this slate grey that goes with so much, but the “foxy” (a neutral taupe) will go with virtually everything and it’s finally been restocked after being sold out forever!  The booties were originally $150, but they’re on sale for $95! I’ve worn mine so often, and they’re still look new!

Any woman that’s had kids or might be just a tad less comfortable with her tummy will really appreciate the quality and comfort of these Zella high waist leggings.  They fit TTS and just nip you in right where you need it.  Mine have lasted forever with machine washing/drying and I wear them a lot! I truly prefer a high waist legging now and the moto style of these is just cool! Was $75, now $36!

Many years ago, when I was in law school, I dated a guy who introduced me to Lakewood Church and I always feel like that’s why he came into my life.  But, he was also an outdoorsman from hunting and fishing to hiking tall snowy mountains and he swore by The North Face for outdoor apparel and turns out, he was right.  My North Face puffer jacket is one of the best purchases I’ve made.  Now, the plush fleece zip jacket is on sale 25% off. I don’t get to wear the puffer jacket all that often, but this jacket would be perfect for so many chilly days and even over your workout clothes.

How adorable is this little black skirt?  It’s surprisingly hard to find a black skirt like this, espeically 50% off. The tiers take it up a notch and you can make it work appropriate with a blouse or date night and party ready with a statement necklace and heels.  I also love wearing this kind of a skirt with a sweater, black tights and booties in the winter.

A piece of jewelry I cherish is the initial pendant necklace my husband bought me after our kids were born.  He splurged on a David Yurman, but this sweet Kate Spade necklace would be just as special.  It comes in gold and rose gold – was $58, now $40.

Oh man, the AG Legging Ankle jeans are on sale too!  I swear by this designer brand, so if you’re going to splurge on a pair of high-end jeans, AG are the ones to get.  They hold their shape, feel amazing on, and give you legs for days! They are normally $225, but now on sale for $156.

I love the simplicity of the Gorjana Taner Bar Necklace and how it goes with everything for just a bit of added ‘something’.  The mini is on sale for 46% off, under $30 and comes in a gorgeous rose gold that’s so popular now.
