Mustard Lemon Chicken with Thyme
Yay for FRIDAY!!  And yay for the first real cool temps in Houston! It really made our week getting a brief respite from the high 90s that love to linger…
Good morning friends! What a week it has already been! Actually the last month has been a whirlwind! February was Valentine’s Day, followed four days later by Jordan’s birthday, then…
Hi friends! Yesterday got off to such a rough start! I didn’t sleep well, Jordan didn’t have the right shoes for school and was refusing to go, and I was…

Welcome back to life! Â I have to admit, as much as I enjoyed the long Christmas break, the last couple of days I was starting to get a little stir…
What’s Easter without a new Easter dress?! Of course, I kid, although even as a little girl, I remember going shopping for a new dress to wear to church on Easter…

Stunning pics! Will definitely try this recipe out! Xo
Thank you Melissa! I am trying to get better at my photography, so that's a great compliment!
Beautiful pics. Miss lemons. However, do not cut sodium out altogether. Some iodine is necessary in ones diet. Opt for sea salts on moderation. Unfortunately salt has gotten bad rap due to the American processing!
Beautiful pics. I enjoy lemon chicken on occasion. As for salt, I haven't used regular salt in years. I use Celtic Sea Salt (Fine Ground, Vital Mineral blend) which has less sodium chloride, lots of macro-minerals and nearly 80 trace minerals. It's delicious. I often pair it with organic black pepper on organic chicken breasts. Lemon chicken is delicious and a great alternative to grilled chicken breasts.
Congrats on your bikini contest. I enjoyed following along. I am sorry I didn't get to comment before now; my son was in the hospital for weeks. Good luck on the babymaking:)
Sounds so yummy…going to try it on fish tonight! Love reading both of your blogs…great inspiration!

Looks delicious! I am always looking for easy healthy recipes!
Made this tonight, it was amazing! Used dried thyme instead and worked really well. Hubby and toddler approved, too! Thank you!
Can't wait to try this. I've been looking for recipes with less sodium due to a family member with a heart condition
Sounds great !
