Best Sports Bras

This post has been a long time coming.  I’ve been wanting to share my favorite sports bras with you because I know that finding a good one is so important!  I’d love to hear about your favorite sports bras too!

This sports bra is comfortable, lightweight, and fits well.  I wear it for medium-intensity cardio and weight workouts.  Basically, it’s my ‘go-to’ sports bra that I wear most often.
I’m a 32 D bra typically, and I wear a size Medium in this bra.
Amazon sells them too and offers them in other colors.

I like this kind of sports bra also, but more for just weight training.  I also wear this as a regular bra with clothes because it’s also so lightweight and seamless.  I adore this lemon color!
This is my absolute favorite sports bra to run in.  It’s comfortable and you can adjust the straps.  No more doubling up on sports bras to run.  It’s solid in color, I just wanted to show you the ‘V’ back and wide closure.  It comes in sizes 30B – 44C.

This bra is designed for women with 30C – 40D cups and is great for running and other high-impact sports.  It’s kind of a lot of material, but really keeps the girls in place!
I hope this helps! Do you have a favorite sports bra?

  1. I have to say THANK YOU for this post!! I've been so inspired by your journey, and about 6 months ago I committed to working out 5 times a week and eating healthier! I have fallen in love with spin classes and weight training, but I've had the hardest time finding bras and underwear for my workouts! Seems so basic, but necessary! Thanks again.

  2. My absolute favorite is the Moving Comfort one that fastens in the back and is ultra supportive. I especially love the back fastener after a really sweaty arm workout – the kind where you can no longer lift your arms above your head and that bra is glued to your body with sweat. I seriously thought I was going to be stuck in a regular sports bra one day. Not a pretty picture. Now I only wear the Moving Comfort with a back fastener. Love it!

  3. My go to is the Nike Pro Victory Compression. However you are the the first person ive heard rave about the UA Still Gotta Have It so I guess I should move it from my "wish list" to my cart on Zappos 😉

  4. I usually stick with Nike, but your looks really comfortable and love that it's seamless. Unfortunately, I am not as well endowed as you (haha) do I don't need as much support, but anything that lifts these babies are a winner for me 🙂

  5. I'm a runner and my favorites are Fiona and Racer from Moving Comfort. Great support and I've been lucky enough to find them on sale for the equivalent of about 12 dlls (I'm in Mexico). Only white ones, but the price can't be beat.

  6. I will have to look into some of these! My go-to bra for running is Lululemon's "The Bust Stops Here". Good for busty girls who are running distance.

  7. I love Under Armor bras, but when I was bigger after having a baby (think 38G), I had to shop at Nordstrom for a specialty bra since no "regular" sport bra company fit me!!!

  8. Thank you so much for blogging your bikini comp fitness journey! I have been wanting to do a comp for about a year now, but I've been so intimidated by the stage and my sweet tooth didn't like the idea of a such a strict diet. I hired a trainer and I think I'll be ready to try a comp by next year! Also, I'm a makeup artist and I say – YES, please hire someone to do your hair and makeup. And don't go too dark with the spray tan, the darker ones look worse on us blondes! 🙂 Good luck!!!!
