Love this! You have encouraged me to meal prep for the week and not just for a day or two! I am addicted to HWH right now 😉 can't wait to see your transformation over the next 14 weeks, and hope that my body does too along the way!
My husband have started a very similar diet thanks to his trainer/friend. I was needing new veggie and brown rice recipes. I don't want it to get boring and fall off the wagon. This is perfect. Thanks!
I should do this for veggies! My son and I both should be eating more veggies!
sounds yummy! I have been stopping by daily for a while now so I figured it's about time I said hello! I read one of your post about Jamie Eason's live fit trainer and it inspired me to try it out. I'm currently on week three and loving it so far! I think I will try a similar meal next week.. thanks for sharing! I can't wait to see your progress over the next 14 weeks!
Hi. thanks for this. Do you refrigerate or freeze the batch after making them?
Thanks
I refrigerated them.
I would love to do this, but can you tell me if they are still good after three or four days sitting in the fridge? Thanks!
I waited to answer this question so I could tell you for sure- ours lasted 5 days (still good) and then they were gone, so I'm not sure if they would've lasted another day or so.
A great idea, especially for those with busy lives. Prepping is something I definitely need to do more…I'll thank myself for it at the end of a long day! Great recipe, thanks for sharing your tips! 🙂
