Snowy Aqua & Mint Mantel
The mint inspiration came from a new snowflake pillow that I paired with a white faux fur pillow inside our HomeGoods basket.

It's like a winter wonderland! Loving the holiday decor. We're decorating our tree tonight!
Our tree is up, but still not decorated!
Looks amazing! I just started to "decorate" this year. I travel so much, that it just hasn't been worth it. I am forcing myself to look at every store I go to. I have found many great things out and about!
It takes time to accumulate things you love. Enjoy!
Absolutely beautiful! Where are the letters from?
Thanks! Hobby Lobby.
We live by the beach, so turquoise is a great holiday color for us. I think it's beautiful the way you paired it with the mint. I always love your vignettes.
Thank you Annie- I appreciate it! So jealous you live by the beach!
Love it Megan. We are going with more of a lodge theme this year…I am loving the burlap, plaid and winter animals!! Our vintage tree is up and decorated, but our real one is up (thank God for a tree company that delivers and sets up because our tree this year is a beast!). No lights/ornaments yet…have to buy a new ladder to reach the top! LOL This is what happens when baby girl comes home and decides to pick a Texas size tree!!!
Looks beautiful!
Thanks Aaryn!
Love your console table — where did you get it?
It's from World Market. I tried to find it on their website but didn't see it.
Wow, I love what you did! I did something similar with the ornaments but piled them in cylinder, glass vase. Same look!
That's a great look too.
Looks beautiful. I love the color combo!
Thanks Ila!
Beautiful! Your vignette is stunning with silver and I love turquoise in the Winter and for the holidays. I once did a tablescape with dishes and all. Have a lovely December season.
FABBY
Thanks Fabby! Still need to figure out the table decor. Have a great holiday too!
Looks awesome!! I really wanted to use this color for Christmas this year but wasn't sure how it would look and now I am just loving it even more! Will have to plan for next year's Christmas!! 😉

My mother in law decorates her house in the blue/white/silver color scheme every year and it always looks so pretty. I love how you spelled "noel" around the mirror. Everything looks so pretty! I can't believe the art is DIY. I'm doing that today! Thank you 🙂
Glad you like it Emily. The framed art was cut with the silhouette machine.
So pretty! So creative! Love the faux snow!
LOVE LOVE your mantel, Perfection! I love your entire home! Just gorgeous!
It's so so pretty, Megan. I want to pour a cocktail and just hang out in there. You always style everything so beautifully.
I'm up for that! Thanks for the compliment Court!
This is so beautiful! Love the colour combination – so creative and fresh!

It looks so pretty Megan! I love the colours.
Looks beautiful!! Love the colors. We've only gotten as far as pulling out our bins of decorations and standing the tree up but have yet to actually decorate it. We will this week though! Seeing everyone's decorations gets me in the spirit.
I know, it's a long process! Getting the bins out is the first step! 🙂
Gorgeous! I love the colors! It's so fun and festive! 🙂
Looks gorgeous Megan!!! I want the floral pics in the mirror reflection too, where are they from?? Happy Holidays!!! xo Erin
My friend Stephanie (Cre8ive Designs) sent me a vintage calendar with those botanical prints! Isn't that the sweetest?!
Pretty pretty colors, I love the aqua! Way to rock the fantel, M! : )
I love your style and that console table freaking awesome! I just started decorating for the holidays this week and finished up the tree a couple days ago. I have a few pillows to make and then I think I will be done. Maybe!
I love the look/colors. It all looks stunning. Where did your purchase the mirror? It is perfect for your space.
I just love aqua as a Christmas color – it reminds me of chilly, snow covered scenes! I have a collection of aqua colored glass ornaments that I just love, but with 2 kiddos under 2, we've had to get creative about how we display our breakable Christmas decor. I ended up hanging a lot of my ornaments in a couple of long, thin windows in our living room. I love the way the aqua ornaments look hanging from red ribbons and with the sun shining through them! http://www.blueistyle.blogspot.com/2013/12/GlassOrnamentWindowDisplay.html
Saw your photo of this same vignette on Pinterest and posted a comment but it's not there so I'll tell you how beautiful it is again. The colors are so soft and pretty. How in the world did you manage to find a pillow and throw(or scarf)to match. I didn't realize there was a white fur pillow behind the light aqua on until I looked at the pictures on your website again. Do you mind sharing where you found your Bambi seen in the photo and where you purchased the faux snow? I'm not putting up a Christmas tree this year but hopefully in the next few weeks, I can get a few simple decorations put out. Probably there is slim pickings this late in the month. Have a Michael's one mile from us and A.C. Moore about 9 or 10 miles. Will try there and Dollar Tree for apothecary jars or Home Goods. Thanks for sharing your pics with your fans. You sure are talanted when it comes to decorating. I'm bookmarking your website tonight for easy access.
I love just about everything in this photo. Where did you get the mirror from? I love the horizontal orientation style and shape!
Beautiful! I'm going to now check out more of your blog since being introduced to it now from House of Turquoise. Could you please tell me the name of your wall paint? That gray is exactly what I am looking for!
Thanks!
