Okay guys, I finally finished the Live Fit 12 Week Trainer and got a pic snapped! The picture on the left is me at Week 2 and the picture on the right is a few weeks after I completed week 12. The changes may appear subtle, but I can say I feel more toned and tighter overall, especially in my shoulders, abs, and legs. There were many times during the program where I felt like “this is hard!” but I didn’t ever want to give up because I knew the results would be worth it. I also came to crave the workouts because they are such a big stress reliever in my life. I cannot tell you how much better you will feel after a hard, sweaty workout if you are having a bad day, tough time, or just need time to yourself. Fitting in those workouts is a challenge, but I did them before work, after work, during the day, and on weekends- whatever worked.
The 12-week program is broken into 3 phases, which I posted about in detail previously. Click below to read more.
This program really works- especially if you follow the food (5-6 small meals every 3-4 hours). I followed it pretty closely until about week 10, then fell off in still eating pretty well, but not often enough.
Because I started out in decent shape, I feel like I reached my goal during Phase 2, but I still wanted to complete what I started.
Week 9
After having completed this 12-week program, I can say that it REALLY works. I’ve worked out pretty consistently since my early twenties, but never put on muscle and leaned out like this because I didn’t put the workouts, supplementation, and food all together for a set time period.
You can read more specifically about what I ate on the program
HERE.
You can read about my progress week by week by going
HERE.
If you follow the program, you WILL see results. I would love to hear you story! Please email me with your questions and I’ll write a follow up post with my answers.
Some people have asked what I plan to do now that I’ve completed the training program. I have continued doing some of my favorite workouts from the program and tried Pilates for the first time last week and really liked it. I plan to do more spinning and running outside too.

Great Job! That is awesome and your muscle definition is crazy good! I know that was probably very hard to stick to but way to go! It definitely paid off! Thanks for the inspiration!
You look fantastic – wish I could find the time to do Jamie Eason's workout… wow!
Thank you for the inspiration! I know in one of your previous posts about Live Fit you mention that you need a gym for this program…do you think it's at all adaptable for a home gym? I work out early in the a.m. at home and have a variety of weights (thanks to my P.E. teacher hubby) and a treadmill. We would love to start a new program together and I love how detailed this one is. What are your thoughts on trying it at home? Thanks!!!
You look amazing! Congrats on finishing! After seeing your blog a few weeks ago, I started the Live Fit program and am on week 3 now. I dropped 7 lbs (a little less now but I think it's more to do with muscle). I can already feel more tone where it was once squishy. I do my workouts on my lunch hour since I work full time and have a 5 month old. I think it'll be harder to fit the workouts in once I get to Phase II, but I'm going to make it work. Thanks for introducing me to this program, so far I love it! I too believe it works!

wow, Megan you look amazing! I am in my mid twenties and I would LOVE to look that good!
Coffee Beans and Bobby Pins
Friday’s Five Linkup!
You look amazing! I'm not doing that particular program but for the first time ever I'm really eating healthy and working out- who knew that combo could actually work? 😉
You look absolutely incredible! Way to go. 🙂

You look amazing! Have been wanting to do the Live Fit trainer but have an expensive membership to a bootcamp facility (until November) and I didn't get the results I wanted when trying to combine the two. I plan to do solely Live Fit once my membership is up. Thank you for all of your inspiration.
You look great! I love her program, my husband and I are on the last week of phase 2. Nervous and excited at the same time to start phase 3 soon!
You look awesome! Thanks for the inspiration, starting week 8 now and I've been so anxious for your recap to keep me motivated!
You look great! I love this blog, very inspiring! I just began this program (week 1), but your blog and completion of Live Fit has been motivation! I am a new follower, but I look forward to reading your blog on a daily basis! Thanks for all the informative posts!

yay for you! congrats on finishing! I found the live fit program originally on your blog a few weeks back and am currently on week 3 and I think I can already feel a difference- I've been doing the workouts each day but the eating right is still a struggle some days 😉
Do you know if there is anywhere to print off the workouts all at once rather than having to do each day individually???
Jessica asked about a home gym. I'm starting week 7 and use our Smith Machine (gives me a barbell and pully), dumbells, barbell and treadmill. We don't have a gym membership and I haven't stepped foot in a gym in year. I've modified a few exercises to fit my equipment. I haven't lost weight (I'm not overweight but under muscled) but have really toned! I can feel so much more muscle and am stronger – keeping the sheets really helps. Good luck.
just randomly came to your blog, and believe me it's really informative, especially this post as you are one good goal achiever. 15% body fat now that's what I called achievement.

This looks amazing! I want to give it a try. I never know what workouts to do with weights so this should be helpful!

Congrats on finishing the program! You look great! I love the fact that you didn’t go with the super-thin look that some prefer. Also, the muscles are well-toned, but not so much as it looks like you are too buff. 🙂
I’m currently in a program that alternates exercise weeks with diet weeks. You think I would benefit more if I switched to one that does both at the same time?

Congratulations. It does work if you stay consistent because I had success as well, but made the mistake of talking good before photos. But I never had muscle like it did in m life until I completed Jamie Eason's program. I followed a repin of a progress picture of mine to this wonderful website.
Congratulations. Found this from a repin on my pinterest page. http://www.pinterest.com/jessicamroybal
AWESOME JOB!! I LOVED reading your review! I am on week 5 and loving it so far. I have to say you look amazing! True dedication and hardwork! I LOVE all your blog posts and your review of the program!! Thanks for sharing!
wow, Megan you look amazing! best wishes 😉
I am am just about to begin this program. Did you follow the no cardio part of phase 1 or did you do cardio ?
I started on week 2 and did not do cardio! 🙂
Hi. Ive just started programme too and am a complete beginner to eating clean and weight lifting – really excited to start this journey x
Can you tell me… approximately how long do the workouts take. I basically will have 45 minutes a day… is that doable?
Just started the program and am on week 2! How did you incorporate your protein, because I'm having trouble finding the time to make meals every day.
