Jamie Eason Live Fit 12-Week Trainer Completed (My 12 Week Recap)

Okay guys, I finally finished the Live Fit 12 Week Trainer and got a pic snapped!  The picture on the left is me at Week 2 and the picture on the right is a few weeks after I completed week 12.  The changes may appear subtle, but I can say I feel more toned and tighter overall, especially in my shoulders, abs, and legs.  There were many times during the program where I felt like “this is hard!” but I didn’t ever want to give up because I knew the results would be worth it.  I also came to crave the workouts because they are such a big stress reliever in my life.  I cannot tell you how much better you will feel after a hard, sweaty workout if you are having a bad day, tough time, or just need time to yourself.  Fitting in those workouts is a challenge, but I did them before work, after work, during the day, and on weekends- whatever worked.

The 12-week program is broken into 3 phases, which I posted about in detail previously.  Click below to read more.
This program really works- especially if you follow the food (5-6 small meals every 3-4 hours).  I followed it pretty closely until about week 10, then fell off in still eating pretty well, but not often enough.
Because I started out in decent shape, I feel like I reached my goal during Phase 2, but I still wanted to complete what I started.
Week 9
After having completed this 12-week program, I can say that it REALLY works.  I’ve worked out pretty consistently since my early twenties, but never put on muscle and leaned out like this because I didn’t put the workouts, supplementation, and food all together for a set time period.
You can read more specifically about what I ate on the program HERE.
You can read about my progress week by week by going HERE.
If you follow the program, you WILL see results.  I would love to hear you story!  Please email me with your questions and I’ll write a follow up post with my answers.
Some people have asked what I plan to do now that I’ve completed the training program.  I have continued doing some of my favorite workouts from the program and tried Pilates for the first time last week and really liked it.  I plan to do more spinning and running outside too.

  1. Great Job! That is awesome and your muscle definition is crazy good! I know that was probably very hard to stick to but way to go! It definitely paid off! Thanks for the inspiration!

  2. Thank you for the inspiration! I know in one of your previous posts about Live Fit you mention that you need a gym for this program…do you think it's at all adaptable for a home gym? I work out early in the a.m. at home and have a variety of weights (thanks to my P.E. teacher hubby) and a treadmill. We would love to start a new program together and I love how detailed this one is. What are your thoughts on trying it at home? Thanks!!!

  3. You look amazing! Congrats on finishing! After seeing your blog a few weeks ago, I started the Live Fit program and am on week 3 now. I dropped 7 lbs (a little less now but I think it's more to do with muscle). I can already feel more tone where it was once squishy. I do my workouts on my lunch hour since I work full time and have a 5 month old. I think it'll be harder to fit the workouts in once I get to Phase II, but I'm going to make it work. Thanks for introducing me to this program, so far I love it! I too believe it works!

  4. You look amazing! I'm not doing that particular program but for the first time ever I'm really eating healthy and working out- who knew that combo could actually work? 😉

  5. You look amazing! Have been wanting to do the Live Fit trainer but have an expensive membership to a bootcamp facility (until November) and I didn't get the results I wanted when trying to combine the two. I plan to do solely Live Fit once my membership is up. Thank you for all of your inspiration.

  6. yay for you! congrats on finishing! I found the live fit program originally on your blog a few weeks back and am currently on week 3 and I think I can already feel a difference- I've been doing the workouts each day but the eating right is still a struggle some days 😉
Do you know if there is anywhere to print off the workouts all at once rather than having to do each day individually???

  7. Jessica asked about a home gym. I'm starting week 7 and use our Smith Machine (gives me a barbell and pully), dumbells, barbell and treadmill. We don't have a gym membership and I haven't stepped foot in a gym in year. I've modified a few exercises to fit my equipment. I haven't lost weight (I'm not overweight but under muscled) but have really toned! I can feel so much more muscle and am stronger – keeping the sheets really helps. Good luck.

  8. Congrats on finishing the program! You look great! I love the fact that you didn’t go with the super-thin look that some prefer. Also, the muscles are well-toned, but not so much as it looks like you are too buff. 🙂

I’m currently in a program that alternates exercise weeks with diet weeks. You think I would benefit more if I switched to one that does both at the same time?

  9. Congratulations. It does work if you stay consistent because I had success as well, but made the mistake of talking good before photos. But I never had muscle like it did in m life until I completed Jamie Eason's program. I followed a repin of a progress picture of mine to this wonderful website.

  10. AWESOME JOB!! I LOVED reading your review! I am on week 5 and loving it so far. I have to say you look amazing! True dedication and hardwork! I LOVE all your blog posts and your review of the program!! Thanks for sharing!
