Merry Christmas from Our Family to Yours!

I finally ordered our family Christmas cards.  Yeah, it’s a little late- should be here by the 14th, which means my friends and family might get them by Christmas if I get them addressed and in the mail in time:)

I couldn’t decide if I was going to splurge on the Tiny Prints photo cards, do a less expensive Walgreens version, or buy regular cards and possibly put a photo inside?? Decisions, decisions.  Then I recalled the cute family photo we took earlier this year and I knew it had to be the one for our cards.  I went with the Tiny Prints card below.

I added the (1) after James’ name after receiving some cards where the sender did that- I thought it was a good idea so you could reference how old the children are in the photo.  Looking back, it might be hard to remember.

My other favorites are below.  Isn’t it cool how you can customize the card and preview it to see which one is your favorite?

I really liked the “Spread Holiday Cheer” but James’ foot got cut off and I didn’t want to have to keep resizing.

And below, his head and feet were cut off.  I’m sure I could’ve fixed it, but I really like the one we ended up choosing- so festive.  You really can’t go wrong, can you?!

Are you doing cards this year?  I almost didn’t!

  1. I have a big stack of cards screaming my name right now, but they will have to wait for the moment. 😉 Yours are adorable, and how can you go wrong with a design with such a cutie pie photo? I find myself agonizing over all of the designs out there before finally committing to one!!

  2. Love the card you chose! I am lucky in that our oldest can now design ours with her new software…bless her heart, working on them while finishing college and working her new job.

  3. Oh, your cards are beautiful. Love the design you picked, but of course James steals the show! 🙂 I think that's a wonderful idea to put the age of the child. We are doing Christmas cards for the first time! I have them designed, just need to get them printed, addressed and mailed…okay so a lot to do still to get them out. hah

  8. Adorable photo. Love the photos that have a 'hint' of the parents, but with the child as the star. I spend FOREVER trying out card possibilities this year!

  10. Megan that is an adorable Christmas card! How cute James is and what a smile he will put on everyone's face when your family and friends open your card. I just got our cards today. I love sending them out! I do it every year.

  11. I LOVE to give and receive Christmas cards! And I love that yours says Merry Christmas instead of Happy Holidays. It is a tedious task to address, stamp and close them, but I always think they are worth it!

  12. Oh, he is such a cutie pie. I love the picture. You do such a great job selecting cute photos of him.

My favorite is still last year-I loved the be merry, be jolly…priceless!
