I’m obsessed with this dining room!

How gorgeous is it?! From the rustic wooden ceiling, the simple but grand iron chandelier, and the architecture of the space with the pillars, fireplace and the way you can peek into what appears to be a living room lined with a bookcase wall. The room is inviting and bright and looks like a place I’d like to linger over breakfast eating croissants and drinking coffee while I browse the magazines that have piled up. In my breakfast fantasy, James is still sleeping, giving mommy those precious moments of uninterrupted bliss to read more than one sentence of a magazine- but I digress!

And I love how the table is set with the varying heights and different types of greenery. I always just put one vase of flowers on our table, but it’s pretty large, and after seeing this one, I know layering the plants will look so much better! Can’t wait to try it!
Very gorgeous and inspirational dining room indeed! Great find.

Oh, what a gorgeous room. I adore the table.
That ceiling with the white walls is stunning! Love the iron chandelier too!
Gorgeous dining room! Those ceilings and that chandy are fabulous!
Oh my gosh, this is definitely one for my design files! Love everything about that room, from the ceiling to the pillars, the table to the tablescape. Thanks for sharing!
yes, pretty great! Love the bookcases in the background and all the white!

Oh I love it too! I love the columns with the sconces, and I agree the plants are great on that long table!
Beautiful! That table looks perfect!
Great dining room! I have always wanted a dining room with wall to wall bookcases. Something about being able to pull a book off a shelf and sit down with a nice cup of coffee and just relax makes me smile!
that is a beautiful room. However, I am loving that the table scape!
Pure bliss. I love it! The ceiling is to die for and you can tell the person who designed the room really knew what they were doing. Lots of different textures and heights….wow.
The only thing I'm not a fan of is the lighting fixtures on the two pillars. I feel like the sizing of them is off (a little small) and the shape is too similar to the chandiler. I would have perferred a difference sconce. Something more barnyard rustic rather than mid-century…..
Can't imagine having a dining room this size! Love the ceiling with the walls. AMAZING.
I love the idea of bookcases in unexpected places. I wanted a wall of bookcases in our dining room for display purposes, but it was vetod by my bookcase hating husband. ha! I also love the fireplace in the room. I think I need to start a file of things I want in our next home, that I'm obviously not getting in this one! LOL!
I'm loving the way the table is set up. So pretty. I can't get over it.
The ceiling is magical. It adds such character and flair to the space. And…you are so right about the variation of heights….it makes the room complete without being too heavy.
Cheers~
