We’ve had a spell of warm weather here this week (highs in the mid-70’s), which has me longing for 
In preparation for the upcoming season, I bought a few new pair of shoes! 
I love a wedge heel for those everyday occasions when you’re going for a casual look, but still want a little height. And of course, I had to get both silver and gold. The wedges pictured above are Gianni Bini at Dillard’s. In Houston, we wear flip flops a lot, especially in the summer. Well, at least I do. Both pair pictured above are from Target. I don’t like to spend a lot since they typically last only one season. Also on my wish list is some fun nude heels.

I am sooo looking forward to spring! I am a Birkenstock girl, so I'm gonna skip flip flops and go straight for a new pair of Birks.

These wedges are fab as are those nude heels. I need some nude heels stat. Your baby James converse are adorable! I love buying my boys shoes, they are so cute and little.
I could live in wedges! They are so comfy and give me the height I need (I'm 5'1") . . . and my friend just got those BCBG Anja sandals in black and they are AMAZING!!!! The nude would be out of this world for summer – go for it!!

We hit the 50's today and I had to take off my coat, after being frigidly cold for so long it felt like a major heatwave! No flip flops around here quite yet. 🙂 Those wedges are fabulous! xo

Haven't you been loving this weather?? I was able to get to kohls yesterday for some spring shopping (I bribed the kids with some strawberry cream from starbucks )… I love the nude shoes, I am looking for the perfect replacements for my beloved tan wedges. My sisters always get on to me for wearing my flip flops but I do love them 🙂

I love converse sneakers on little guys 🙂 I was excited to see you got gold AND silver of those wedges…that's totally something I do when I find a pair I love…get one in every single color, *obviously!* The husband thinks I'm ridiculous & now he sees it's not just me.
I absolutely love the wedges. I was trying to hold out on buying sandals until spring actually arrived, but I broke down and bought a pair of platform sandals from ShopBop yesterday. BTW, the converse are too cute.
My sweet Caroline has some pink Converse. You should head over to the Tory Burch outlet and pick up some great flip flops, from last season, but a GREAT prices! I just picked up two pair this past weekend!
