Weekend Steals

Happy one more day of weekend friends!  We are still on party high over here, having a great time celebrating James’ 7th birthday yesterday with all of his friends at a fun little go cart place in town. The kids had so much fun playing laser tag, arcade games, and air hockey and I was so glad not to have to do any house clean up afterward!  #winwin

I came home last night and was doing a little couch relaxing and online browsing and saw so many awesome sales (40% & 50% off!) I didn’t want to keep to myself, but pop in and share with you!

ANN TAYLOR | 40% off your purchase and they have some super cute dresses, especially perfect for work, church or a dressy lunch date.  I adore this classy wrap-style dress that comes in 3 colors and regular, tall and petite- and in this understated floral print.

BANANA REPUBLIC | Up to 40% off and I’m crazy for this darling ruffle neck shirtdress.  BR pants (in so many colors and patterns) are on sale too and I’ve always found them to be good quality that lasts when I was working and wore them often.   They have new styles since I’ve worn them, but I have the Sloan and love them in 2P.

GAP |  Everything up to 50% off.  Definitely get these soft, cozy pants if you don’t have them already! I can’t wait to slip into mine every night and I wear size XS.  They come in maternity too and will be your BFF if you’re expecting!

LOFT | 40% off everything with so many cute things for Spring!  This kind of sale gets me in trouble!  I haven’t been to Loft in forever, so looking online at their new things for Spring got me all giddy!  I’ll have to do a dressing room post there soon!  As for this sale, I bought this style dress in the fall, but the new gardenia pattern is gorgeous and the style of dress is adorable on! It looks great on and is totally forgiving with the cut.  This floral lace and striped top is fun, this strappy cami would look great tucked into bootcut jeans, and this striped cold shoulder top is calling my name because #stripes #coldshoulder!

OLD NAVY | 30% off.  Old Navy has a ton of new Spring arrivals too, and lots of pretty florals, which I’m crazy about right now.

SHOPBOP | Buy more, save more with code GOBIG17.  I don’t normally shop at Shopbop because I find the prices high (they carry mostly designer styles), but I was intrigued by the sale so I poked around and found some good deals on things I wouldn’t normally see at my usual Nordstrom or Loft.  For example, this boho blouse with crochet detail and bell sleeves is only $51 and this new take on a denim top (would look great with a statement necklace and white jeans) is under $50.  They also have a wide selection of swimwear and coverups (still a lot are pricey), but this bikini is darling (not sure how well the shoulders would stay put), the pink gingham is sure cute, and this sexy cut one-piece is reversible!

I loved getting to try on all those swimsuits with you on Instastories and I hear ya, who asked for more bikini reviews.  You convinced me I need to order some of those, so I’ll do that soon! #bebrave #wereallfriends

That having been said, I have a very real “body after baby” post coming up for you Monday morning, so I hope to see you back for that.  You might be surprised when you look close up!

Have a great rest of your weekend! ?

  1. Just in time for the spring weather we've been having here in the midwest! Random question – what is the name of the scripty font you use for your headers in your blog posts? Trying to craft up my daughter's 1st birthday invites and that is really cute!
